It is possible that you will not face any problem, in another case, you will be able to contact our support https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ or submit a refund request, as was mentioned. Our support team can check if compatibility can be added by request from a customer with a valid support period, but we fairly answered that compatibility with all existing plugins can not be added.

Have moved my xstore site to a different host. Had difficulty with updates, tracked down the registered site/s for the purchase code via my 8theme account license page. Ensured there is only 1 site registered. (devs previoulsy deactivated). Confirmed 1 site fabandfair.co.uk is only site for that purchase code via license page in 8theme, deactivated and activated this site in WP theme admin to try and fix, confirmed again it is only site. BUT it won’t update. Checked the registered domain in the 8theme backend and it’s added a [.] before the domain name, is this right? Anyway, PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature. Yes my support has ended for this product but I think there is a problem your end that we cannot deactivate and activate without these errors. Please inform me and others how i/we can fix using the license admin and xstore theme admin page. much obliged, thankyou in advance :)

Thank you for the info. Tbh i had been thru that process once before but this second time it has worked. Thank you. If i may add this to my comment, filebird in the plugins admin area needs an update, so when i click update it says it has done it, but on refresh the update has not been applied. I am also investigating why i need to apply all updates on this site twice before they are actually seen as successful. However filebird update remains an enigma. perhaps i should update this plugin via ftp? thanks again for helpful info

I am a big fan of X-Store and I have implemented multiple projects with it. One problem I have encountered is the inability to set custom images for the product variations. The theme does not have the feature and when I use third party plugins, they totally ruin the detailed page image gallery and sometimes the whole page as they override the theme’s pertinent feature (magnifying images, choice of various layouts and etc.). I highly recommend adding the feature that is considered a core functionality for a retail eCom store and help preserving the theme’s integrity. Thanks, Amir
