When I insert a single post from the gem blocks, it doesnt insert all the content?

It just gives these white blocks with “Post meta” What am i doing wrong? I use the gem blocks often, and when inserted it give all the content of the chosen block.

But with single posts it doesnt?

Hi, single post template gets most of the content dynamically from the respective post where it has been applied. Kindly check this article: https://docs.codex-themes.com/article/216-single-post-specific-elements In case some of the elements are not being displayed in your editor in TheGem templates builder make sure the respective content exists (like category or author for meta). You can also switch between different posts to check the template preview in editor https://docs.codex-themes.com/article/663-how-to-preview-the-template-on-specific-post . Ok so its not possible then to use the single post template from scratch without creating a custom post?

​I see in the TheGem Theme Options config where I can enable/disable specific post types from the search query, but what about adding custom post types to be included in the search? I’ve created a few custom post types that I need searchable by the built in search query. Thanks!

Perfect, thank you. It was the AJAX search that wasn’t pulling from all post types. I realized after I hit enter in the search, it then took me to the single search results page where everything was enabled by default like you said. But it appears the AJAX search only search those that are enabled in the theme settings. I just disabled the AJAX search for now but if there is a filter/hook to enable all post types in AJAX search going forward that might be good to know. Appreciate the reply!

Each subsequent update makes my site worse! Why are you adding new features? You should focus on adaptability first! After the update, on my site https://globax.media some indents appeared on the right, which do not allow placement in 3 columns, for example, in a blog: https://globax.media/our-blog do you see an empty space there on the right? And the posts go in 2 columns! Also, I can’t use the footer widget template – it just doesn’t show up! Although everything is correct in the settings. Maybe in the next update you will just fix these errors? Why make more features if what is there works BAD TERRIBLE

This issue affected the footer widgets – so I had to redo the custom footer! Note that apart from updating the site, no work has been done. Therefore, your statement that the update has been thoroughly tested is incorrect. It led to unplanned work. Also, we still can’t fix the problem with the display on the blog page, most importantly … yes, in general, wherever there is your widget with the display of posts.

I noticed that after some updates some plugins of the theme itself stopped working. In “Portfolio” I cannot use images of the “thumb” type available in the configuration and it works only with “full” images and the theme’s carousel type Gallery is also not working in grid or carousel mode. compre este themplate, pero lo instale en el localhost , formatee el pc y se me elimino todo. al instalarlo en una nueva carpeta me pidio actualicar la version lo hice, pero al instalar plugins de TheGem Blocks , o otro me pide que active el soporte o numero de compra lo hice y me dice “Purchase code verification failed. Activate TheGem” , no recuerdo cual fue la carpeta en el localhost que se instalo… y la verdad no recuerdo si pude isntalarlo con la version demo,..,
