Hi i purchased this theme in may 2016 can i still use this purchase code on my website? if yes the code is not working and showing already in use whereas i have not used it anywhere

Thank you. I tried that but i dont see the purchase on the qode profile. I also saw the help video where it says i can find which domain i can deregister from but since the bride theme does not show in my products i cannot check. There are no previously purchased items.

The featured image of the pages are not working. When i switched the theme so the featured image get started working. I have go through all of the theme settings but I couldn’t found that option. So I’ve never bought a theme where you import the demo and it comes out wacky and strange. I’ve tried a few different ones now and it wont load what is shown and now its all messed up. They also wont display properly for some reason. Btw these two factrs. I find it so frustrating. I want a refund. It would literally load in random garbage pages that isnt part of the demo you want.

I have been using this theme for at least five years, and now it takes a minimum of 15 plugins for the listing plugin to “work”. It’s so clunky, and half of the features do not work properly, so it’s like trying to pick through a never ending pile of cobwebs built of plugins and non-licensed integrations.

Of course, support has expired so I am left to sort through this s-show. I should be able to figure this out, but the 17 plug-ins and integrations make it near impossible. This is built to require never ending support.

I am switching themes to something more lightweight and with less compatibility issues. It’s been nice Bridge. peace

Ok I figured it out. 2 hours later. I updated the plugin and the Google Maps API key disappeared so it screwed up the search form. Go figure. This is not mentioned in the bridge documentation folder with the download. Also, make it easier to test this on a testing server so we don’t have to break our production websites just to update.

I also use DIVI and it’s configured so that a sub domain is automatically recognized when the name includes staging or sandbox. Makes it easy to update and test before pushing to prod.

Hi, I am using the Bridge theme on a current live site (since 2019) and we want to renew the site, with the same theme. I installed the theme for the new site on the dev directory, but have to activate it in order to install one of the pre-build sites. What can I do without buying a second license for the development?

I noticed that the logo has a maximum height of 80 px, how can I increase this height to 120 px?

I think I have an older version of the template, there are no such options. Can I somehow change it with custom css?

Please note the logo height directly depends on the header height, check the following article:

but if you want to keep the header of 100px with the logo of 50px, add the following snippet to Qode Options>General>Custom CSS:

   height: 50px !important;
}

Hi, slider 1 not found in https://bridge485.qodeinteractive.com/ All conditions fulfilled but the import stops at 98%. I am using Elementor so why should it be using an old slider revolution slide and is missing. Bad!

You could perhaps use iframe and embed it to your page.
