Hi, is there a example how to use “selector” for porto modal box? Can’t figure out how to use “selector” with a button. Tried with data-trigger-id, porto-modal-trigger-id but it doesn’t work.

Class and/or ID as ”#test” on Porto modal box settings.

Element ID as ”#test” on Call to action settings. Tried “test” as well. But both never open modal.

Anything else I should look at?

I have a fresh new WP install, ver 6.3, and when I upload the Porto theme and try to install it, I get an css error:

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. We are building a site using Porto and Elementor. We are looking to have a full-screen menu(built using a pop-up) that pauses the scroll while open. Elementor popups come with a toggle to pause scroll and while it stops the act of scrolling, the window is brought to the top of the page which is not our ideal experience. I have also tried adding a block of custom code but have experienced similar results. Any advice is welcome!

Latest updates don’t allow us to add the code to change the h1 on the logo to an h2. For the love of all of us please just change this to an h2 or a div. Using an h1 is terrible for SEO. Please make this permanent. NO MORE H1 AS LOGO

No need to worry about it. You can simply solve this issue by adding the below code in the PORTO >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom JS.

Please provide details how can I make the porto buider feature: products (like a carrousell) selecting by ID. I have seen this feature is deprecated now. And now should be done with grid. Problem with grid is that I don’t want to show the description, just I need the thumnail and H1 of the product. Post Layout: It is the Custom Layout if you want to create on your own, You can create the Custom Layout using provided elements under Porto >> Template Builder >> Post Type Builder and then you can choose that layout from this option of the Porto Posts Grid element.
