I updated theme and login page doesnt work anymore
Resave the wp admin – vibebp – settings – login
Not working. Also when i open any page it logs me out as admin. I recently updated to the lates version, that is when these problems started. Also after the update i cant access my staging area too.
You have to completely logout first from the app. Please change the security in wp admin – vibebp – settings – client id
I am just facing problem after problem. The theme is challenging and has too many problems. I really need your help. All the suggestions above are not working.

I had installed WPS Hide Login plugin today on my clients website, as they were getting too many brute-force login attempts.
From the moment i had installed the plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wps-hide-login/) and renamed the admin url to bs-login from wp-admin, the entire LMS system broke down.
No body, including the admin account and user accounts were able to login. The login process redirects back to login page and didn’t get through the App for the students, not Wordpress Admin dashboard for the admin.
Luckily, i had the daily backup enabled on server, and we had restored yesterday’s backup to make the site working again.
Could you please suggest, what could have went wrong?

Hi. I am getting really frustrated. None of the instructions you gave me are working, slightest change to profile menu, it won’t work anymore on the front. You said to activate a few plugin before using the wizard and I did that, now, when I login through your login system, it should take me to the dashboard on the front if I click setting or notification, and it won’t. and you have closed the ticket so I can’t tell you any other place than here.
I am doing some testing on dev site and I suspect it is the refresh button under buddypress tab of vibebp doing this. But you said when I make changes I must do this.
All the tickets are migrated on https://wplms.ticksy.com , the refresh button refreshes the buddypress navigation which is when you activate / deactivate new component. Can you locate and share ticket id here with us ?
I was sure, I kept the email msg but can’t find it to give you ticket number. I do believe that buddypress refresh is not working correctly. I created a single page and added it on the setting but the refresh button is still using member-directory on the browser path, could this be the problem? I try to add widgets to the dashboard, it is not working. I used student dashboard, instructor sidebar (dashboard), vibebp dashboard and those widgets simply don’t show up. I watched the video, read the instructions and it is not working. How do I open a support ticket now?
BTW, after spending hours, I finally resolved the menu issue but have not been able to resolve the dashboard widget issue. I opened a topic under issues and bugs on this. I hope to get an answer soon

And another problem:
Videos put into units with Youtube links before students could not click to open video links or share videos via other platforms. But now students can click open to watch the video directly on Youtube or share it on to another platform or copy the link from the unit. Although the Youtube video link has been set to non-public.

this is to just let you know that latest updates has so many bugs. Zoom meeting is not creating frontend, single session is not working, script is not compatible with other theme (Astra)
Please can you post a ticket wplms.ticksy.com , we have no reports of any such bug. Ensure the plugins are updated zoom meeting safe working perfectly well and can be tested in the playground demo as well.

In the Wordpress settings, the comment must be approved before publishing option is active, but when a comment is made in the course, the comment appears to be approved directly, I couldn’t see a different option in the settings. I want the comment to be displayed after approval, where is the setting for this?
Yes, since this is a course review it has been forced to be accepted. We can disable this to manualy accept . please post on wplms.ticksy.com and we’ll share how to achieve that.

There are users who are complaining that when purchasing the course, at the time they are choosing the option to pay with a credit card, having completed the entire process and finalizing the purchase, they receive an email saying that the payment has not been released. What can this be?
WPLMS is using WooCommerce for the payments. Check the order status if their payment sin WP admin – Orders section. Only when WooCommerce marks the order complete the courses are allocated to the user. The payment not released is likely a payments gateway issue, you may need to connect with your payment gateway on this.

Hello support team, i would like to ask this simple question please: 1. i want to create a two different registration forms for both instructor and student but before i create i think i must create same fields for their profiles, thus: there are 1. profile fields under the ” users” and 2- there are ” member profiles ” under ” Vipe Bp”, thus: which one i use to create user profile fields for both instructor and student to create after that the registration forms, also i see two pre-installed profiles ” academy and default, can i delete them and create new ones?
User fields are only at 1 location : WP Admin – USers – Profile fields. Vibebp – Member Profiles are layouts, that is how user’s profile appears to the public view.
When you create the fields, you will see the option to select for member type and whether to include it in signup forms or not. This selection reflects on the registration form that appears in the login popup. If you have a “default member type” on registration set in WP admin – Vibebp – Setings – buddypress then only the signup fields for the member type will show up in the default registration form on the popup.
Now if you want to use registration pages and disable registration through popup, connect a registration page in WP admin – WPLMS – BuddyPress – Registration. On that page you can add 1 or more registration form shortcodes as explained below.
Since you want 2 different registration pages. You will need to create 2 registration shortcodes from WP admin – Vibebp – Settings – Registration. Here you will see that you can generate multiple registration forms for different member types. Create 2 registration forms, copy their shortcode and place it on the Registration page created in previous step.

Unfortunately, this is a feature request which are less priority than bugs and issues. The update will be live soon as development is complete but not tested.
