“when i want to edit the field, it takes too long to load. I am getting error wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 524.”
I created this support ticket 4 days ago. I have been waiting for your support for 4 days. If you don’t answer today, I guess you won’t answer for two more days due to the weekend. which means I’m going to be wasting a week’s time. How will I compensate for this one-week waste of time? I save my sleeping hours and spend it on this job and you keep me waiting for 4 days.

My site will: -Allow ALL visitors to register via email (no phone/social login necessary)
-Allow Vendors/Posters to directly pay to create their listing (on a subscription basis or one-time fee), feature ads for a price, and add additional listings for an additional fee
-Users will not actually check out or purchase any items/products on the site. They just connect with vendors/posters to message each vendor their order, questions, information, shipping info, etc, via chat or messaging. Actual ordering will not be necessary on the website. The only cart/checkout functionality would be for vendors to purchase plans/ads/additional listings
-It does not require a map/location functionality
-No bidding functionality needed
-All products/listings are in “New” condition
-No addresses for vendors/posters
-Users don’t need dashboards, but vendors should have a dashboard
-Google Adsense placements
I have Elementor Pro already. I have colors/typography picked out.
Can this be accomplished with the theme?

bonjour, je viens d’acheter ce theme Classiads pour créer un site de petit annonce avez vous la version mise à jour pour 2023? ma version php8.0 n’est pas compatible avec le theme et donc après installation du thème impossible d’importer la démonstration j’ai écrit au suport il ya 4 jours et j’ai toujours pas reçue de reponse comment faire merci de bien vouloir me repondre.

Before my support expired I once raised a refund ticket , I couldn’t use your theme after wasted many months…
Hi There, your last ticket was addressed about 6 months ago and there is no pending query. please contact if you still need support, you can submit ticket regardless of support expiry
No Refund Policy
- If you’re interested to buy this theme, try a demo version first. You can google it as you will not get any refund
- Many basic options are missing so far, which you will realize once you start using it.
- You have to assign fields to categories one by one. Now imagine if you have 20 categories with 5 subcategories. These become 100 in total and now you have 50 fields to assign to 100 categories separately. All you have to do is to assign one by one or select all. Once you select all, fields for example “price”, “condition”, “Car Engine CC”, “Car Model” etc. will be assigned to every category like “Jobs”, “lost&found”, “House”, “Electronics”. You just cannot remove certain categories out of “select all”.
- This theme does not have a date filter. So if you ask them for it, they will charge you $150 for this basic option.
- User can’t import/export custom fields.
- User can’t select or unselect certain categories out of “select all”.
- Other Schema types like “job_posting” were not recognizable.
- Fields have numbers instead of names in the backend, so very hard to recognize them.
- Category selection is troublesome. Fields set to main categories & subcategories appear differently.

2 – your claim about category selection is not so true user can select certain categories for each field or you can select all.
3 – We offer both multi category selection and single category selection options.
4 – if you are not agree with your rejection of the refund, you can still raise a dispute to Envato so team envato can review your claim.
