My company bought this theme 2 weeks ago.
One of the member is created a ticket asking for help 1 week ago but have not received any reply from you or the support team.
Theme too many errors and difficult to manipulate or install. The document is too simple and not informative to create partner page or membership page.
What’s wrong with your team? I need immediate feedback or we will work with Envato team to get the refund.
SERVICE IS TOO BAD.

I contacted them to fix the theme Bugs and they reset my entire site without any notification.
Thousands of dollars have been spent on my team to develop the current website. Now everything is lost. I am asking for damages.

By search page you mean the search bar Elementor widget? because I don’t see a search page? I only see search results page. Could you please clarify.

Ok thanks, I get it now, but just a reminder the search bar is not affected by the settings we are choosing in the theme options>Tour options>Setting Form Field(Only use for element [ST] Slider Tour With Search Form style 2). Please fix it in next update.

Unfortunately, we have not supported this function yet in Theme. I am afraid that you have to use custom code to change the theme layout.
In this case, you need a custom code that does not belong to our support policy. Please ask for a custom from another 3rd party to do this for you.

In the checkout page just below the payement methods there’s a check box to accept the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy. these are two links links to their pages respectively. The problem is that I have the link to the Privacy Policy linking back to the checkout page not to the privacy policy one!!! in the page option there’s no place to set that as I did with the terms and conditions!! What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for reaching out to Traveler. Kindly be noted, related to Partner function, all the booking payment is go to Admin account. After recevied, Admin transfer back to Partner. No payment go to Partner account at first
1. Traveler provide partner function. Partner can list Hotel, Room, Activity, Tour, Rental, Car like admin
2. Yes. Partner need to buy membership package to able to list item You can disable booking fee so customer just need to pay the item price when making a booking
3. Traveler support multi-langue but not include in Theme. You have to buy WPML for building a multi-language website : https://wpml.org/
4. Partner can list item via Partner Dashboard – not Admin Dashboard
5. Partner can set availability for his item, such as available on this date and unavailable on the other date
6. All the item show normally on front-end – not only admin item or partner item. From customer’s view, all item are equal and customer can book which they want

Hello there, In the tour options I deactivated “Allow Review” since I don’t want my customer to leave a review. But in the item list it shows “Star 0 reviews”, Since I don’t allow reviews this message should not show. Is there a way to delete it? Thank you.

There are have some option you need to check to make hotel appear on front page:
– Hotel must have available room to book so you have to create at least room and assign to hotel.
The service have been setup available in “Availability” section, included “Check-in/out” date & “Price”
– When you create hotel, please set Book before number of day to 0 to make hotel can book at current time.
– Also after update theme, you should go to Theme Settings > Sync Availability and Upgrade Data to update database structure to make theme work properly.
How can i remove reviews entirely from the website. Is there any way to turn it off ? I cannot find any options or any article on the documentation.

Is it possible to add 2 different prices for the tours like price per person and price for a group? And can we show these prices like a button on tour listing page and give them a pop up booking form link?

1. Unfortunately, it is imposible. Only one price type for one tour – price per person or price fixed for all.

Otherwise, if you don’t know to setup, just use the default inquiry by leaving blank in Theme Settings > Advanced Options > Inquiry Shortcode Contact Form 7
