Greetings, I had the theme activated on an old website so I migrated it to my new URL, the old website along with the domain was deleted. Now I want to activate the theme on my new site and it won’t let me. It tells me it is being used on another website. I want to write to support and they won’t let me because it expired, but I can’t pay $41 to ask support a question.

After we wrote that this is a licence abuse, you probably put the two installations in “maintenance mode”.” I would like you to prove your insinuations. That supposedly 3 websites were online at the same time. Because that is not true. Why did you block me from registering/deregistering a licence in the first place? With what reason?

Hi, I’m trying to add a js for mouseover event but I can’t find the way for it to work. I’m not expert with js. First I tried the script straight on the JS box of the theme, nothing. Then I added a enqued function on the functions.php I see the script path on the page source but it still not working. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

I’ve set this on the functions.php:

A have two but I’m thinking of buying more licences to update my few more sites to TheGem. Unfortunately I found a big problem. I need more “custom breakpoints” for responsive design but if I’m trying to activate it in Elementor (I have Elementor Pro) it is impossible with TheGem (there is no such option to activating in elementor settings). On others theme this feature working. When I disable “TheGem Theme Elements (for Elementor)” the feature is showing as activatable in Elementor setting but after activating it the whole page breaks down and can’t be edited anymore. I believe that fixing this issue will be for the benefit of all TheGem users, current and future.
