I created a ticket and sent a login for the site. There is no other way to install a WordPress theme if you upload a zip file containing the theme. The WordPress system will automatically upload and unpack the theme included in the file.
As a buyer, you are right to expect the correct theme to be included in the file you purchased. If the file contains two different themes, one of which is free, this is clearly an error.
Here are some possible explanations for this error:
The seller may have accidentally uploaded the wrong file. There may have been a technical error during the download process.
Regardless of the reason, it is not my responsibility to solve this problem. You should contact the seller and request a refund or the correct theme file.
Hello, the provided login works, but leads to a website with already installed contents, themes and plugins. We can’t install on top of an existing website. Please send us the login to a fresh wordpress installation to proceed. You can install your site in a staging subfolder and move it once ready to go live.
Also, there is no “problem” to be solved, you simply didn’t install the theme correctly. Just to be clear.
All the content on the website is test content. It is safe to deactivate and delete the active theme and all plugins. Is this an acceptable solution for you?

thanks, I can understand. For some reason you had a free theme with same name from WordPress.org and that was perhaps interferring with the installation. Very unusual… But in the end everything was working fine.

We’ve also spent some time using online tools to check the website and were able to confirm there was no trace of a public site with this theme.

Hi, that’s a PHP warning, not an error. You need to disable warnings: edit the wp-config.php and disable warning (also error displaying should be off).

what is this Server check plugin please answer in specifics ? is this something thats going to add extra load to my gt metrix score.. is this a plugin providing you full access to my site and credit card information or access to my actual server and cpanels?.. there is no info about it in the changelog please clarify as to how its needed by the theme to operate? is this providing auto updates? i though thats what the envato market plugin was for. you know the term if something is not useful its useless so id like to know specifically why this plugin says required? because im not getting any auto updates with or with out it

Hello, I’m sorry but as previously explained, here and on 2 emails, you cannot recycle a license to make a new website. Doesn’t matter that the previous website is no longer existing. The license was used for 3 years on the old site. To make a new one, a new license is required.

Yes that’s correct, I see there was a staging installation in a test subdomain and then it was moved back to the old location, so in this case there is no issue.
