Theme-bundled versions of premium plugins do not come with a license, and the theme author can’t provide one. This includes LayerSlider as well as any other premium plugins. They are added extras that you essentially receive for free since plugin authors don’t get a cut from theme sales. However, you can use LayerSlider without a license key, and all essential features will be available to you. Only a handful of extras are reserved for those who have supported the development of LayerSlider by purchasing a license. In this case, the theme author provides plugin updates and customer support.
As mentioned, the issue you’re experiencing is likely caused by a 3rd party plugin or other change on your website. We’re using WP Rocket on our website, too, and image preloaders can also work, but it’s important to configure these solutions properly since they can easily cause issues.
Please get in touch with the theme author for help, or consider purchasing a LayerSlider license if you require more assistance. Investigating these problems requires a lot of human resources, and we can’t provide free support services for unlicensed versions.

Our theme comes with Layerslider, Revolution Slider and our Qode Slider included within the theme. LayerSlider and Rev are included as a bundled theme , you can read more about it here. Of course our Bridge theme has many demos, and each demo usually have either of the sliders available to import.

when you ask the help center it ask for the purchase key code from theme forest and the help center doesn’t answer question for the bridge theme they don’t give it as an option. also they say they only help people for 6months than its over im pretty sure

If you select Qode Themes, you do have an option to select Bridge theme for sure once submitting a request. Of course the support license is usually valid for 6 months and you can always extend your support license if you need any further assistace.

hello i was wondering how do i activate the layersliderWP thats built into the bridge theme my slider shows images incorrectly and it says you have to activate with a license key why doesn’t bridge hold up there obligation to keep there sliders current.. i cant update the layerslider wp plug in

According to Themeforest a theme owner is responsible for updating and maintaining the theme. So, entering a ticket in your support system will not solve my issue….It would be good service from Qode to solve the security issue in the Core plugin, release a new Bridge theme version and also include the integrated plugins with their latest versions. I purchased the licence years ago, so I do not have any support. Also I do not want support, I would like a safe Bridge theme…There were times in the past where the Bridge theme had new releases about every week, so it should be possible to fix the security bug and release a ne version, correct?

Is there a way to disable the theme’s font option in order to use Elementor options? Whenever i try to do some frontend editing on elementor, i cant change the font style or size because Bridge Theme doesn’t allows it.

Thanks for writing in! You do have an option within Elementor > Settings (https://i.imgur.com/GUWps92.png) When it comes to the Text Editor element, the font styles from Qode Options -> Fonts are applied to the paragraph or heading tag directly, while the Elementor styles, from Edit Text Editor -> Style -> Typography are applied to the outer text wrapper. Since our CSS selector is more specific, the style coming from the theme (from Qode Options -> Fonts) overrides the Typography style from Elementor.
Note that this doesn’t happen when using the Heading element:

Hi QODE team, we have two problems with the menu on the latest bridge version: 1) the anchor menu links doesn’t work like described in your tutorial – setting both link and anchor name lead to double #anchorname in the URL while one of both in single use result in the correct link 2) the smooth scroll is activated in the Qode options and button clicks work fine, but menu links don’t work. We’ve configured everything like described in your tuorials. Are we too blind to find the problem or is it a bug? Regards
