If I use the Bookstore child theme. How I can do modification in the theme files, so I still can update it? Can I use a 2nd child theme?

Custom PHP codes can be added to the functions.php file and won’t be vanished when updating the theme as only the main theme will be updated, while the child theme remains untouched, so you can keep modifying the Bookstore child theme and there is no need to worry that you will loose the customizations.

Hi laborator team, we use a kalium theme on the domain studio13crad.de which will be migrated to another domain em-interior.com. Is it possible to transfer the licence to the new domain? thanks in advance, Torsten think@utoup.de

We understand that you want to reset your license so you can use Kalium in other domains. However, we can only reset licenses for users who have registered their license within the last 6 months from the date of their initial registration or who have an active support subscription. Unfortunately, we checked your license and found that you had registered it 4 years ago.

If you want to use Kalium in another domain, you will need to purchase a new license from our website. Alternatively, you can renew your support subscription and then request a license reset from our support system.

​My old domain was stolen and I bought a new one. Is it possible to remove the kalium license for the old one and activate it for the new one? The database is the same, only the domain was stolen because I forgetting to update the payment in due time.

You can reset your license as many times as you want inside 6 months from your purchase. But you can’t do that after 6 months. If you need to use Kalium again in another domain you can purchase another license.

Hi when importing slider revolution as an element onto a page, when I go to edit the settings it says “Register Slider Revolution to Unlock Premium Features”.

Hi there. Have been loving this theme for years and have an issue that just popped up that no one seems to be able to resolve—when sending a link to my site through text on iphone, I’m getting 2 images side by side for the link preview. It seems the theme is generating one and then yoast is also generating. How can I disable the theme from using the square logo version ?

Kalium automatically disables those areas when Yoast or other SEO plugins are enabled. Anyway, it seems that we need to dig deeper for this question and this comments area is used only for pre-sale questions. You can write a ticket on our dedicated support center and we can assist you.

You can not use two builders to work on the same page. If you decide to use Elementor you must import one of the newest starter sites or create your pages from scratch with Elementor.

By changing color I mean something custom. Not one of the colors in the rollout.

Hi Sir LayerSlider plugin is unable to update to the lastest version. May I know why the License will expired? If we renew it what is the valid time? and how much it cost? As we had purchased the theme.

Hello, I have a licence for an A site that I no longer use. I would like to transfer the licence to a B site. How can I do this?

We can only reset a license for users who have registered their license within the last 6 months from the date of their initial registration. Unfortunately, we checked your license and found that you had registered it 5 years ago.

One license is valid for one domain only as you can read here: Theme licenses and activation. So, if you need to register Kalium in another domain you need to purchase another license.

We use PHP 8.1 on our server and Kalium theme is working as it should there. Maybe you have errors that come from a third-party plugin?

Hi there – I have two copies of Kalium (yes, I like it) – on one, it’s updating Advanced Custom Fields fine, but on the other it says I need to enter a license before I can update. I can’t find any license key for ACF in the documentation, is there something I’m missing? Thanks!

You don’t need to go to the Plugins page, just go to WP Dashboard > Laborator > Update Plugins page and update Advanced Custom Fields PRO from there.

Pre purchase question: asked before but no-one answered. The product images are portrait, can the size be changed to a square size as all my images are already square and to change 1000’s of them to portrait would be a nightmnare.

You can use any image size for your products, you can set the image width and height here:

Even if you need to crop the images you can use tools such as image regeneration plugins to initialize the new image sizes all at once.
