Hello,

I am working on page speed and I enabled this feature temporarily ” Enable Web Font Loader for Google Fonts”

I want to disable it and when I do I am getting the following error:

It seems you are using some third party plugins and cache plugins as well, please try to disable the third party plugins including the cache plugin Siteground cache as well and check back again, might be one of the additional plugin generates this issue on your site.

Hi, I have reinstalled theme porto for new site, (all clear, server siteground), but when I import demo42 (with all content flag), my page is very different from what they should be. The lide is disallineated. Fonts, menus, images, are really horrible to look at and different from the demo. What did I do wrong? Can you suggest me something?

At https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shortcodes/carousels/ how do you limit the 6 img DEFAULT carousel to 3 items from 6. Setting items to 3 shows 4 images. 4 seems to be the least it can be set to? Thanks

Hi, I hired a web designer last year to create my website using Porto Theme. He bought the License on my behalf but he didn’t give me a copy of it. Now I can’t update the version of my Theme without broken the site. I’ve made a staging site and try to update it 1st but I have an error message that the key is not valid. I believe there is a big or conflict with Porto WPBakery 7.0. I have noticed on a few of our licensed sites when we update to WPBakery 7.0, the header element do not appear. As soon as I disable WPB 7.0, the problems disappears. Downloading to version 6.13.0 of WPBakery also eliminate the problem. We have used 7.0 of WPBakery using themes other than Porto and it works fine

Hello, we installed Porto with a child theme and Porto Patcher wants to apply some patches… but it shows this error message when it tries to: “The below patches could not be applied. Because your files have write permission or aren’t existed.” (copy&pasted it as shown, complete with the typo)

The files obviously have write permission or WordPress would have not been able to install Porto in the first place.. Assuming that the part about write permission is a typo, since the files do exist and are writable, i think that it actually cannot find the files it’s looking for because it seems that Patcher searches for them in the wrong place – it seems to look for them in the child theme instead of the main theme. Please note that the file path indicated in the patcher seems to be a relative file path… but relative to what? Active theme folder? Child theme or main theme?
