How do I rollback to a previous Bridge theme version? Since the last update: My clients websites, that are using Bridge, don’t show in Safari’s latest versions!

Hi there, first: great theme! But I have problems with one of your elements: I am using the “Qode Image Slider” and it works perfect on desktop. Switching to mobile it isn’t a slider anymore. The images are one below the other in one row. I am not using the QI Addon for Elementor – it does not work. Thanks for help! :-)

If I’ve no longer got access to the sites that were originally used for development due to a compromised hosting plan that we had to shut down, what is the best way to deregister my 5 purchase codes, so that I can use them to rebuild the websites that they were originally on? Hi – I’ve used your theme for several sites now. Have you considered adding in a feature that would allow you to turn off unwanted Bridge related elements / minimise Javascript to help increase the overall page speed score?

Hello, I have 6 purchased licenses of Bridge. However, in the Qode Help center, I can only see 4 of the being listed. How come? And how can I get to see them?

The licenses are registered if you submit a request for that particular licence on our help center, they are not connected to Envato purchases. So this is probably why you have only 4 listed, as you already have requests for those 4 on our help center.

I’m trying to activate the theme. When I click on “Register Theme” it just shows “Please wait” and nothing happens.

I checked the console and it’s getting stuck because it’s trying to load it over HTTP. How can I fix this?

Mixed Content: The page at ’?page=bridge_core_dashboard’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint ‘http://youwebsite/wp-json/qode-api/v1/registration'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

I was testing for a bit and I just forced all calls to go over https. This made the call work and the theme was activated successfully. Thanks.

Hi there,

Mixed content issue can commonly occur when the user activates an SSL certificate on a website after the files have already been uploaded. Usually, it comes down to removing the old images (that were uploaded during HTTP) and uploading new ones (so they get uploaded with HTTPS). If you use the google chrome developer tools console you can find a list of images that are causing this issue.

You can also try using some SSL plugins like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/

If you resolve this it should be ok with the registration, since mixed content can impact the registration process. You can also read this article here.

Hi, there is an issue at contactform7. At first I did not update your latest version, because then there are issues at your portfolio slider and timeline. But for trying to fix the contactform7 issue, I already updated to latest theme version. But there is no way for me to fix the contactform 7 issue. Users can not send any messages on contactform7. SMTP account is working. I installed wpforms and this is also working. Do you have any advice? Actually I want to keep the contactform7.

I was watching the video and i am a member with a password key. i just don’t the the bridge theme in my own personal dashboard, how its shown in the video. i was given the theme via a 3rd party developer me and him picked it out . can i get the zip file threw the qoura help center ?? just wondering … im still waiting on there reply

Please note that the theme files are always associated with your Envato account from which you purchased the theme from, so you can, if you purchased the theme, always access the latest theme files. If you were not the one that purchased the theme perhaps your 3rd party developer can provide you with the latest theme files.

Can I upgrade directly from version 22.2 to the latest one you released following your guide? Apparently there was an issue with updating to 29.8.1

I am getting a warning when editing a post: wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/static/admin/js/ls-admin-tinymce.js

Some of the plugins didn’t update automatically from your updater, I had to manually click on “theme details” then update plugins from there… but still having this issue.

Can you help me out?

Hi there, Since it is a bit hard to tell from here we would kindly ask you to, after you updated the theme to the latest version, Navigate to plugins and deactivate and Delete the LayerSlider plugin. Once this is done you will be notified that you need to install a required plugin which has the latest version. So please install LayerSlider once again.
