Hi, i cannot update Element Pack Pro via Phlox Pro Dashboard. Error: “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”
I then downloaded the files from themeforest and wanted to update the plugin that way. But there you still have the version 7.0.0. When do you update the themeforest files?

Hi. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please deactivate and delete the Element Pack from your plugins menu and then head back to the Phlox Plugins menu and install it again. You will get the latest available version.
Also please note that the bundle plugins are only to use with Phlox and you cannot use them separately

Hi, yes and it has 6 months support after that if you need to have support you need to extend your support but theme will be working without any issues, no matter you extend your support or not

Multiple filters in Phlox portfolio
I have created my portfolio in Phlox and I have added different categories for each post. When I display the filter, I cannot nest different categories under a main one. For example, I want to have filter 1 to select between category A, B, C and filter to to selected between category D, E, F.
Is it something doable? Do I maybe need a plugin?

Hi, There is a problem with products loop section.
When I hover over it shows the second image of product, sometime it does and sometimes it doesn’t. The real problem is when there is no gallery image. It shows no image. So is there way to disable this hover behaviour of product loop section.

I got the latest updated theme from a friend, installed and with WP I find this theme quite good, as an experienced web designer developer this theme wins some how, lacking lot of features, no dynamic tag with their own widgets, the template system should be selectable in some widgets like testimonials with a preview, performance of woodmart is great but unloading of nonsense scripts / css should available in this theme as well, I am actually trying to shitft to gutenberg which is much faster but UI still fucked up, so I hope Phlox can kick some ass soon

I’ve been using the Timeline widget from the bundled Element Pack Pro on one of my websites, but after updating the plugin the widget was straight up removed from the page. I’m not entirely sure how things worked before since it’s been a while since I’ve updated, but it looks like all the widgets in the Pack have been categorized into ‘Free’ and ‘Pro’, with all the Pro widgets no longer working in Phlox.
Essentially it looks like the plugin is now just the free version of Element Pack. Averta needs to either actually provide the full Pro version or updated their packaged installer to reflect they are only offering the Free version. And if they are only offering the free version it’s better to download it elsewhere as Averta doesn’t even offer the latest version.
Also it’s really bad form to just straight up remove access to something I’m using with an update. Not sure who’s at fault here, Averta or the Element Pack people.

I can confirm that the latest version of the Phlox is completely compatible with the Element Pack Pro version 7.0.0 which is available to download via the Phlox exclusive dashboard and all the Pro widgets are also completely accessible. And about the remove access to something, It is totally related to Element pack author and we have contacted them and waiting for the reply. Since we do have extended license of Element pack which means our users are allowed to use Pro version with no money.
