Respected. I purchased theme on 2023-01-09. After purchase I never installed/activating theme. Today I installed theme and import demo but it’s not same as it’s shows. Theme doesn’t allow me to upload media items, I thought was my hosting but change theme and works fine, back to phlox theme and persist the issue, but when I disable Phlox Core Elements works fine, please can check this issue

Hi. It’s highly unlikely that Phlox alone is responsible for this issue. It is a technical issue and for sure there are errors logged for this problem. The best thing to do is to contact our support agents at our help center for further investigation. I can see that you have registered at our help center but there is no tickets from you. I have Phlox Pro but plugin won’t install on Wordpress 6.3. When will this be supported?

Phlox Core Elements broke elementor…. how can i use template?

Element Pack Pro need update, i unistal and reinstal but not update… i can’t use elementor for edit page

Good morning, I purchased a regular Phlox theme license, I installed the theme, I installed the plugins, I configured php as per the guide, but I can’t edit with Elementor. I attach the screenshots of the errors that are given to me. Furthermore, the plugin is not updated to the latest version, despite having uninstalled and re-installed it from the Phlox plugin panel.

The problem with the Elementor is probably the lack of enough memory on your server but since it’s a HTTP 500 error we need to do more investigations. That being said we confirm that there is no compatibility issue with the Phlox and Elementor and we will do our best to resolve your problem on your website. Please follow up at our help center.

Hi. No it does not. Changing the file names or directory structure may result in theme failure or malfunction of some features. We do not recommend that. The White Label feature simply changes the displayed names and menus on your WordPress admin area.

Element Pack Pro is breaking the site. trying to update it and getting this message “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

Hi. Please deactivate and delete the Element Pack from your plugins menu and then head back to the Phlox Plugins menu and install it again. You will get the latest available version.

Hi, No we only use Elementor free and our own Phlox elements and all the demos are using the Elementor Free version
