Hi, I have a few licenses for this theme. I am trying to deactivate a license that’s tied to a domain that’s no longer in use. But I can’t do that via the support site – it says the theme is active at this domain although it’s not.
You will see it’s linked to wpengine.com – my support has expired – and now I’m stuck – can I email you to revoke the license for me?

According to the Envato Support Policy, the license should be used to activate a single domain.

The Statistics and payouts addon works with default PayPal payment method:

When WooCommerce checkout is enabled the addon will not function and can be disabled.

By default, there is no option to set installments for course prices. This feature on the planning stage for future development.
Alternatively, you can include a course in the membership plan to make students pay for a selected period.

Hello team, I hope you are well. I just noticed that the quiz page is not displayed. When a student tries to open a quiz in a lesson the page never loads, it runs without stopping, I thought it was due to the new course editor but try to create a new quiz but it doesn’t still not working.
I currently have version 4.8.16 of the theme, version 3.0.28 of the Masterstudy plugin and version 4.0.17 of the pro version.After downgrading my PHP version from 8.1 to 7.4 the quizzes work again. your system is not compatible with PHP 8.1?

Hello, when I add Udemy Course or a course contains affiliated link, non-registered or non-logged in users directly redirect to that affiliated link without registration or log in.
Is the any setting available to force them to first register or log in and than redirect them to that link.

I found your ticket and detected you are using quite outdated theme version 4.8.5. The latest version of the theme is 4.8.15. Please update the theme following manual below:
After updating the theme, please update core plugins in Dashboard > MasterStudy > Plugins section.

I bought the theme, the support expire, but I have a problem with de license, the Staging domain was .gq extension and all this domains are no longer exist, how can I delete the license for this domain?

You can create courses in Dashboard > MS LMS > Courses > Add new Section as site administrator.
