that depends, most demo sites so come with Images, however in case of 23 we only have placerholder Images.
A Shop Demo is not available.

I going though difficulties with nice theme Brooklyn theme :
1 – In a single portfolio project, how can I make the main bellow navigation button with the icon, taking us back to the showcase of the page you are viewing? ...and not towards a single page set for all single portfolio projects. Can we use the “custom link” of this button for this purpose and how ?
2 – How can I do to open a single portfolio from a showcase, to a new window in the browser ?
3 – Each single project portfolio url contains /portfolio-item/xxx, how to customise this automatic url, I don’t want portfolio-item ?

please contact us in our support forum for further assistance.
1 – You can define it in Theme Options – Portfolio – Single Portfolio Navigation. In Case you need an external link, you cant do that with the given options since these only internal Pages. So maybe working with a Page redirect can help.
2 when editing the single portfolio items and the Showcase type IS a single portfolio Type, you should be able to define the blank target.
3 Under Settings – UT Portfolio. Make sure to resafe your permalinks Afterwards.

My client has a paid copy of Brooklyn, but no current support license. I cannot understand why images in the media library are indexed by Google even though we are not using them. Example: https://nimmea.com/home-7-hero/ Even the images we do use, seem to get indexed as existing on their own page. Can this behavior be changed?

this is not theme related, this happens by default since these are attachment pages. Google that and usually a plugin can help here. Yoast for example.

Hello, I just bought your template this morning and when we tried to build our website, it gave the error “Required parameter $args follows optional parameter $depth in /home/limewheel/public_html/wp-content/themes/brooklyn/unite-custom/ut-theme-menu-buttons.php on line 411.” The WordPress version is 6.0.5 and the PHP version is 8.0.

When I bought the theme, a 6-month support package was included. However, I opened a support ticket over 5 days ago and have not received any response, despite seeing that other inquiries are being addressed in that time.
The required plugins are incompatible with current PHP versions – a simple mistake per developer friends I consulted. I paid for a working theme and ongoing support, neither of which you have provided. Never buy it! It’s a waste of your time and money!

Hellow, AM using your theme for my website. on a single portfolio page lighbox image is not loading properly on mobile devices. is there any workaround to fix that so on click of the image opens pop-up without cropping a image. or may be different pop-up image for desktop and mobile. for example if you goto this page – https://themeforest.unitedthemes.com/wpversions/brooklyn/demo43-dark/portfolio-item/brooklyn-next-generation/ Ann click on image under 0/2 the opening image on desktop is fine but on mobile it’s getting cropped very badly.

thats a downside of the lightbox at the current stage. You can only switch the lightbox in this case. Its located in Theme Options > Advanced > Lightgallery.

I am just now installing this theme 6+ months after purchasing it. I’ve tried all kinds of cache plugins, contacted my host and the site is still loading up slow. I this a common thing for the theme?
I know I don’t have support, however, I need to know if I need to purchase another theme if your theme isn’t capable of working as it’s purported to work.

I am having the worst luck with your theme. If I purchase additional support, will you be able to assist me with installing the theme with demo content? The images are there, however, the pages weren’t created.
Also, am I missing something? Is the Brooklyn Visual Composer different from the regular visual composer? I only see 2 boxes when I click on add element. This looks nothing like the typical Visual Composter/ WP Bakery that’s used with themes.

But I need a template that will be registered on one domain (www.abc.de). This domain will then have about 5 subdomains (www.xy.abc.de) with different themes. If I buy your template, can I install the template on each subdomain and use for any single subdomain a another prebuilt websites, or do I have to buy a new license for each subdomain.

Hi is it possible to change the portfolio filter animation? I know it could be much quicker/snappier (I’ve seen in other AJAX filtered themes and sites) but I’m not sure if it’s because of the chosen animation style or loading time/image size issue. It’s honestly one of my only issues I have for not purchasing yet.
Would love to know if that’s possible.
Preferably an animation style in which the thumbnails don’t all disappear before reappearing once again.
