But your tool lacks many functions compared to H5P. The editing interface is buggy and very difficult to use. If you intend to direct users to use this tool, it requires a lot of updates and adjustments!

Yes, we’re improving our editor (please share reports) with new features more suited for education. Apart from that we need more votes from the community to include H5P editor as the development effort required is huge.

I think H5P is a very good application for use with WPLMS.

And I think it would be better for you to focus your resources on perfecting other features for WPLMS.

And if possible, for now, could you please see if you can hide the embed menu and download the source code of content made from H5P when adding content to lessons or exams in WPLMS?

Hi, Yes, you can embed workbooks , if you have SCROM / xAPI package for the workbook then also they can be embedded. Membership is supported in wplms video. We have versatile quiz system with manual evalaution & grading system. Of course the timer and the marking can be disabled using advanced tips available.
1. Yes, every quiz records its own activity and past answer-sheets for the quizzes. Yes, by default when they leave a course in between they can resume from there. For quizes we have a “save” quiz option to save marked answers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=um_XTGUW_ps
2. Yes, we have submitted quiz whcih can be printed or downloaded into pdf.
3. Every quiz has retakes option whcih allows it to be reset and retaken, every course also has this option to reset and retake.
4. We have attachments section in the units. Further more we have a Drive addon available that allows you to security transfer the files without disclosing their location to members with which you are sharing them. video
5. Yes at the time of quiz submission you can perform action, you will also be able to get entire answerset of the quiz. This would require some coding, we do have a Workflows addon coming up soon.
This is possible but would require some advance customisation, we will help on that.

1. Wonderful for quizz results storage and resume function. Does that mean that each quizzes has a specific button to submit the result, so it is saved ?

2. Great for PDF and printing, would there be a way to print all the answers of the quizzes related to the sale at once. To not have to print them one by one.

5.For the quizz submission and your workflow addon, what will that do exactly ? And which CRM will you be supporting to function with that workflow. (I have seen your addons for mailchimp, getresponse, active campain. But these are more related to general behaviour, like course completion, enrollment . In my course I will have quizz answers (Multiple choice) that should trigger an automation so that students are tagged and added to an email sequence that is fired automatically once a trigger is activated by the submission of an essay quizz or a dertemined answer given in the quizz.

I do not have the knowledge to code this. I know that Fluent CRM (which is pretty good budgetwise) integrates with Learndash and wpfusion also works with several CRMs and Learndash. Especially on that automation function connected to a CRM.

I very much like how complete your theme is, the drive addon, with resume functions, quizz printing and furnished dashboard. But I really need a seemless experience when it comes to CRM integration with course progression and quizz triggers. We can give the code to integrate with fluent CRM directly . Since we use WooCommerce, any sales funnel plugin that works with WooCommerce should work.

Can you confirm how far I can integrate Fluent CRM with quizz triggering actions and overall automations related to WPLMS theme ? on course, lesson, topic completion,

Fluent CRM seems to have a custom fields option. Can that be used to associate it to a trigger, in quizzes. For ex, if someone answers to a drag and drop quizz, and if they put option 3 into 1st position, can that be launching an email sequence in Fluent CRM ? Is there an easy way to parameter that.

If we want to communicate in one place with our students. For example :

- Exchange files and exchange information (like email ) but also with attachments and a history.

- Is there a way to send group messages to all students ?

- I want the student to have a calendar in their dashboardso that all their appointment with the teacher is established with the automatic conference call link to it (zoom or jitsi or google meet) , so they always know when their 1 on 1 meeting is. And they can access it from their client dashboard.

- Also is there a possibility to have in the students calendar, on top of their personal event to be showing the group events, in a different color for ex.

- On the home page, I wish to have the same calendar that only shows the Free public group events, and the VIP event which require either people to be member or purchase an access to that meeting.

Also is there a Wall layout like in the buddyboss theme. Where students can communincate and where we can make in group and public announcement

Last question : Do we need a paid plugin version of paid membership pro to be able to sell memberships ?

For the layout of the community part. Is there a way to configure things easily without any coding so it looks like the buddyboss theme ? The visual style is very similar to Facebook style, and the people are familiar with that layout, so it’s easy to adopt for new students. It would be great when people come to a known visual environment. So to speak, to have for example a row on the right side with groupmembers with recent activity, and a left column blog articles and the Activity feed in the middle for ex.

ok, yes it is possible. You can setup WPLMS at your server and fetch all the data from your server. Just the API url’s in the Client’s site need to be changed. So all users will log in to your server and all the courses are saved in your server . Let me know if I missed something.
