Order is manually changed by admin when he confirms payment.

Ok. Then you would need to ask user to send you the credit card info for you to process the card. I am not sure how that should work. Maybe you need to add in checkout form fields for credit card to get them with the order? But I would not be able to offer a step by step process.
WooCommerce as offline payment as method – but not sure if that is enough

hmm i am very suprised that you dont know offline credit card payments is a very normal thing in the travel business i think maybe not just checkout field as the credit card detaisl will be stored in the system so it has to have some sequrity

If there is something I missed, you can double check on their site https://woocommerce.com/payments/ We as developers do not work with POS and credit offline payments, so we cannot know how this works. pos offline credit card payments work like this:
1. Renter book a accommodation on the phone and we take the credit card details and use them on the POS machine manually this is very normal.
2. Renter book accommodation on wp rentals and at WooCommerce payments is has a credit card form so renter can add card details and we add there details manually in to our POS machine.
the benefit of this is that we only have a very low cost of 1% when PayPal and stripe are much more higher..
this is very common for smaller travel companies

In case 1 – since you do the card details by phone, what else would is needed as feature? Please be as specific as possible to be able to evaluate the request and see if it is Something that can be added to wishlist.
In case 2 – my suggestion with extra checkout fields seems to match. Since in checkout you can add other fields for credit card. In woo commerce case, I assume as payment method direct payment would work best https://woocommerce.com/document/bacs/ since you as admin could transform order to processing after you process the credit card offline as you described you do.

My concern for my project is, in one single listing will list the property but on sidebar i want it at least 2-3 link more referral link to generate commisions.

I set a price per guest at Extra Price Option, then I seltect 2 guests on Booking Form, but the amount shows only one guest’s price under the Booking Form, and the Total Amount is wrong also. Multicurrency checkout and host payouts are the two important features that are lacking in this theme and these features will definitely put the theme leader in the industry. Don’t know when this update will be done.

The theme works with subscriptions for adding listings. User registers for free and you can enable membership paid submission to add listings.
For purchases of a membership package, admin can set woo commerce to process the payments with woo commerce processor.
In this case, recurring option will not apply as it does with theme merchants.

Big fan of this theme, and the support is top notch. I have a suggestion, on the invoice page or on the booking page, is there a way we can add a button so the owner can flag if payment has been received. As the guest to owner payment is done offsite is there a simple way the owner can flag this on each invoice? My admin fee is 0 so all transaction costs between guest and owner happen offsite but I think it would be good for owner to keep a update if that money has been received for each invoice or boooking with a little toggle paid/unpaid button or flag.

There is a responsive design – same theme, but adapted through design to small screens. You can test any demo on mobiles to confirm.
