You guys don’t seem to have the “print” flyer or brochure option where it comes out nicely on a single page, not multiple pages. Do you plan on adding this feature where you have the option to print a few layout styles where it ONLY prints as a one pager? This feature is key and the reason I would not buy this unless it had this feature.

1. You support WPML 100%? —> We support WPMl based on WPML compatibility process they confirmed to be working. But Any WPML support questions will be addressed by WPML support and we will work with WPML support for any theme compatibility question where our assistance is needed.
2. Can i use Woocommerce for payments? —> The theme works with woo commerce merchants for payments of the membership based submission or paid listing submission.
3. Can i use modules or sections from different demos? —> Yes, but you start with 1 demo. The homepage demos elementor templates are added separately in the theme package folder. You can import them as elementor templates and use sections to your pages as you wish. We have video as well.
4. Can i add in contact form in sidebar date & time like calendar? —> We have the contact form + schedule a tour showcased with available options in our demos – it can be like this https://prnt.sc/6IJnZnHAYFF8 , not as a calendar select, if that is what you ask. I am not sure.

Hello, Thank you for the comment. Mobile menu hamburger as it works cannot be switched to right from theme options I am afraid. Right is coded for user menu and left for mobile menu. We will add to wishlist the suggestion to have right menu for mobile as option in the future, but at the moment I could only recommend an easy method to replace the theme mobile menu with an alternative option that works as you wish. We can help remove the default mobile menu (that is easy) and that would allow you to add a different mobile menu through 3rd party plugins that would help position the menu on the right as you wish.

Also, another question, can I list a listing as a SOLD one ?? That can’t be bought anymore as it is SOLD but I would like to let it as listed on the website ?
Hello, We do not have a property that can be bought on a website. You can use SOLD as category name, but all theme properties are added for display. They cannot be purchased.

I imagine that it can be done just by adding an image (the main image) with the SOLD text on it right ?

The screenshot allows you to specifiy a category and you do not show properties from that category in search, but the properties still show on the site.

I am using a elementor on my property page and the property will page width is set to boxed and when the page loads in it loads in narrow and the expands is it possible to do the property page on full width and have it work on the property page so there is no glitch?

Hi, It depends how you use elementor.
Elementor editor in a page created with property page template will load after theme design. You can change theme design from theme options and then it will load from the beginning with the design you wish. Theme has width control and backrgound colors for pages as well
Elementor editor in a elementor template that you set for properties through elementor directly (it is possible in pro version which is optional), that loads directly elementor design.

When I installed the Chicago theme , it stated that the installation had errors. This is an error message I received: New AJAX call! [ERROR] Failed to import “search” (Media)

With loco translate you can rename these standard english labels to another english text. Help

—> PDF alone cannot be mandatory. You can make MEDIA mandatory. PDF are added to media section, but that can also include png, jpg (image in general)

—> No. Membership is done through specific technical methods provided by each merchant. It will be replaced as a new membership, new limits.

Hi there. I am reactivating this theme after a while. I know how it works and believe that will not need any support yet, but if i do face difficulties I will renew the support license. That said, I believe that you can answer just this one concern that i am facing when uploading the theme package. Hi Eddie, SVG icons are not supported by wordpress but we use them in demos. If you need them you can add a plugin svg support and reimport the demo with those icons too – we have a video for each demo here https://help.wpresidence.net/article/demo-import-video-tutorials/

In half map template and properties page the Google Map works fine but on advance search page it keeps loading the map. When I inspect I get that error. is This happening to someone else? Please someone tell me how I can fix it. THANK YOU

1. Yes. You can add properties as admin from wp-admin. You can create an agent from wp-admin to add to each property you create from wp-admin so properties show an agent and contact form.
2. Yes, you cna disable register form. Agents and Agencies will not be able to register on your site. They still show in wp-admin.
3. The theme does not use paystack. We use woocommerce for payments though and paystack may exist and woo commerce merchant. However, please note that when you use woo commerce, recurring option for membership will not apply.
But I am a little confused. If you wish to disable external agents, why do you need membership? Membership is used to add properties through front end dashboard system.

Good morning! I’m Stefano, a webmaster from Italy. For a project I’m practically comparing all the templates in the real estate sector, practically the circle has narrowed down to WP Residence, Houzez and Real Estate 7. Mostly the main tools are the same, except for one thing regarding search. I saw that in Houzez there is the possibility of filtering the search around a location using the “Radius” function. Your template doesn’t have this functionality, correct?

Hi, We put radius in half map form and geolocation in main form. The cursor works for half map in this example, but can be added to search form on any page.

Hello, We do not support this type of functionality. It may be possible to find plugins that force payment to view custom post types (as properties are), but I would not be able to confirm a plugin at this moment that works with our theme 100%. I only know about this plugin that has something for custom post types (may be in pro version) https://wordpress.org/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/#description But we never tested it nor have we seen it work. You would need to research more and test to see if it works. Otherwise, only custom development could help create the functionality you wish.
