By default certificates can be downloaded by students only after completing the course.

How come masterstudy theme still doesn’t provide preset header elementor templates so customers can modify preset headers ?
Right now I’m back working with masterstudy. I just want to make changes to existing elementor preset header and I cannot do so because there’s no preset header templates. I have to create a brand new header from scratch. This is really tedious and time consuming.

The default header styles of the MasterStudy theme are not created with Elementor.
The theme is compatible with the Elementor Header & Footer builder plugin. When the plugin is installed and activated, you can import a ready header template (http://joxi.ru/RmzyR7ZcVEZMQr).

To access courses on MasterStudy LMS, users are required to be registered.
1. You can create accounts manually and send details. But when guest users try to access the courses login/register form popups.
2, 3. Both site administrators and instructors can enroll students in the courses manually. Admins can do that by accessing the manage students section of courses. For invited users system will create new accounts and send credentials by email.
4. You can create free courses. If your courses are paid, you can hide the price from course cads. If it is required we can provide CSS to hide prices everywhere.
5. There is no option for now to limit devices to access the site.

Is it possible to permanently disable the new course editor?
Unfortunately, it only causes errors during our installation and we need to keep the platform running for our customers.
We have set up the site functionally together with their support, unfortunately since the new course editor it is no longer possible to edit the courses without errors.
Is it possible that the editor is not yet compatible with multilingual pages?

Hello. How do I change the Dollar sign showing in the new course Builder. My Woocomerce is set to my local currency and also is the LMS on the main settings. I dont Understand where he is getting this Dollar sign from. Is it the translation?
Also there are few string in thre course builder I cant translate. Add course is one of them. It is translated in the course plugin, But does not show as translated.

All the courses I took with WPbakery now have errors, I’m having to redo them all.

2.I want to add tutors to my platform after reviewing their CVs. Does this theme have this feature? or if I can modify? I want them to restrict login before verifying their CV; the website does not let them add courses after logging in to the website.

I currently have two plugins integrated into the theme:
MasterStudy LMS WordPress Plugin – for Online Courses and Education (Version 3.1.2 – the latest release).
MasterStudy LMS – Online Courses, eLearning PRO (Version 3.8.9).
Following the update of the first plugin to its most recent version, I encountered an issue with the courses section. The admin panel displayed the following message:
“Please update MasterStudy LMS Learning Management System PRO! The current version of MasterStudy LMS is not compatible with older versions of MasterStudy LMS Learning Management System PRO. Some functionality may not work correctly or may cease to function entirely.”
The sole resolution to restore proper functionality is to revert the first plugin to Version 2.9.4. Kindly confirm this as the solution.

You updated the free LMS plugin but the theme and LMS Pro plugins are not updated. The Masterstudy LMS Pro plugin is bundled with the theme. In order to get automatic updates, the Envato Market plugin must be installed and activated using the Envato token.
After updating the theme to the latest version you can update the bundled plugins through the Appearance > Install plugins section.

There is something wrong in the code. I had to comment out this: if ( STM_LMS_Sequential_Drip_Content::lesson_is_locked( $post_id, $item_id ) ) { $data[‘lesson_locked_by_drip’] = true; } from /wp-content/plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system/_core/lms/course-player/cp-template-functions.php in order for the website to work!
Moreover, as another user said – MasterStudy LMS – Online Courses, eLearning PRO is still version 4.0.16 while on here show that you have version 4.8. I downloaded the update of the theme and unzipped it – there are no plugins in there. The LMS plugin is a pretty old version than the one that is current.
I rarely work with such a buggy theme – every few months there is something wrong. Great idea, many functions, but both the theme and the plugins have problems that cost my client money.

URL Redirect or Disable – Masterstudy LMS Feature: Get Course!
We are using the sales funnel for our membership plans but the Masterstudy LMS allows users to checkout using “Get Course” Feature – completely bypassing our sales funnel altogether.
Is there a way to disable this feature or enable URL redirect option as an alternative to get the users checking out through our sales funnel?

What you are asking is actually customization of the theme templates. Because there is no option in the theme to set custom URL for enroll button
