Weird how I cannot use the backend builder or live builder using ACF or ACF Pro content types. Is it possible to do so?

When it comes to post type, please make sure that you have them enabled to use Avada Builder from Avada > Options > Builder Options tab in this case, more about this can be read here => https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-use-the-avada-builder-options/#toc_Post_Types
However when it comes to ACF, this will probably need some customisation into the files, we will need to check this in details further.

This is exactly why I love Avada. I’ve been using it for over 10 years…would not use any other theme or page builder other than Avada to build client websites with crazy functionality with the least amount of code. Just a heads up, I’m attempting to build a Job Board with just Avada, Gravity Forms & ACF, wish me luck. The Avada team just gets it, thank you once again.

how to create token to register for new domain ?

So why are you helping many other people asking for help here then? I looked up other problems dealing with undefined array and you replied with helping them. I have several Avada licenses and have been using the theme for years.

Its back again. It’s because I had to update to PHP version 8.2. The hosting provider is making is mandatory so this is an Avada issue. When will there be another update to fix this issue?

Hi, i cant register my license, though i see in my avada page that it is connected with the proper site, so i cant update and thats annoying. What can i do, i dont want to renew a support for a bug thats from your side.

You can log into your support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/
Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code – https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, you can log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

Strange situation just came up that I have not noticed before. Wondering if it’s a bug with an update? One of my clients links on their site will not work no matter what I do. It is a page that is linked to in the menu. Just like many others. Yet it will not load the page. Very strange. https://bpbslaw.com. Under attorneys, Jimmy J Lefton. all the other attorneys links work his will not work for some reason. Any ideas?

Thanks so much for your response. Not sure why I didn’t think of the support system. I recreated the page that was the problem and it seems to be working. Just has a -2 behind the original URL but it works. Thanks so much.

For that, please adjust your local subdomain/domain name for the staging/dev site to the below format and it should work without issues even if you register Avada on both the staging and live site at the same time then:

You can definitely setup a layout like that with Avada. Our new Post Card feature allows you to custom design the individual item box so you can put the thumbnail / text / title anywhere you want.

Hello I have found the function “WooCommerce Product Quick View” in the global settings. I also found a product post card using the woocommerce quick view (Icon with link to “Quick View”). Unfortunately, there is no function to customize. Except in the global settings and in the post card I also find nothing to quick view on my website. Will the funkiton to customize come out soon?

Whenever I update this part of header https://prnt.sc/57L1K7Ifuw8W with new offer, it does not reflect on homepage and any other pages. I tried removing cashe, even removed the cashe plugin. have Purge Cache via cloudflare but things are not fixed. I can see appearing while i am logged in.
Any idea for this?

I am afraid that your provided screenshot does not work at all for me, however if a change is not being reflected on frontend despite being saved on backend, it simply means that there is some level of caching involved, I will suggest you to simply try and view the change from a different browser and see if that helps.

Your meta elements section seems to ignore the language setting. Before importing your Magazine website layout, for example, the website shows the correct translated meta elements. If you import the website and your template adds these meta elements with your builder, the translation is ignored and always shows English “last updated…” “by…” etc. And yes, it works without the post “meta elements” element and I did translate the language files for your plugins and placed them in the described folder. Your element just seems to override or ignore it.

By default that is not a possibility to do that, however you can use ACF plugin to generate a custom field for your product type, once that is done you can use post cards to show that field in a custom post card layout.
