Is there a plugin that you’d recommend that works with Avada for deleting old revisions? In particular I’d like to be able to delete revisions from portfolio items, as some of my posts have a LOT, but the plugins I’ve tried don’t seem to work for that post type.
If there is a manual way that works better I’m open to recommendations. Thanks.

The revisions of Avada works the same way as any other WordPress theme in this case, so you should be able to use any plugin that offers this kind of functionality, however in terms of portfolio please know that it is our own custom post type so may require you to manually remove the revisions in this case.

I have purchased 3 Avada licenses over time, all 3 listed in my one Envato account. When importing Envato to my.avada.com, only 1 of the 3 is imported. Attempting to manually enter the other two purchase codes falsely reports that they are associated with another account. I cannot open a support ticket, so please don’t ask me to, thanks! Please allow me to manage all of my Avada purchase codes in my.avada.com.

I deleted all dummy text from posts and pages on my website. And I filled it with my own text. But why does the excerpt in the list differ from the actual content? Of course I deleted all cache.

That could simply because of the fact that you do not have custom excerpts field enable on the single post page backend, and you may have custom excerpts setup where its coming from, please click on the screen options tab on the top right of post editor and enable custom excerpts field for it, then check if you have any handwritten excerpts set up for each post.

I have a license registered on domain that was for test purposes. In the end, domain is not using avada theme at all. I am unable to un-register license, can you please help?

Have you tried unregistering from your my.avada.com account area?
For this, you can login to your support account on our website and navigate to the below URL:

I have already tried everything, including revoking the access and connecting the instagram again, I have also tried disabling all the plugins. but nothing seems to work. Before the start of the Facebook issue, everything was working fine, but after that, I can only see the INSTAGRAM FOLLOW BUTTON, I can’t see the posts.

Is there a way to have a page grid? This is something I always been able to with other builders like wpbakery but on Avada I can’t find a way. There is the “Post cards” element that allow to create grid of any kind of post type except pages, which to me seem a missing basic feature

This theme is missing a basic but significant image hover effect feature that displays text and a button when you hover over an image. Most of the other themes have it. This is must.

You can already achieve a similar setup with Flip Box and Image Before & After elements. Both have hover and linking options.

Thank you for your quick response. What I’m looking for is a straightforward fade effect, unlike a flip box with just a flipping transition. The ‘Before & After’ element provides a fade effect but lacks a text element. What I require is an image in its default state and text appearing on hover, all smoothly transitioning with a fade effect, which is not achievable with either of these elements.

Good morning. I have a total of 57 active AVADA licenses and support has expired on all of them, so I don’t see a way to contact you with a simple question. The fact is that I have three other reserved licenses that are available, since they are not associated with any domain. When I try to register any of these licenses on a new AVADA installation it tells me that it is already being used on another website and won’t let me use them. But I am unable to know where they are being used, because according to my list of installations they do not appear anywhere. I would like to know where they are being used so I can have them or not. How can I find out?

Tables are not responsive in nature by default and there is not much that you can do there in terms of how they appear on different devices, Avada uses default table syntax and does not change anything in that regard, if you need any further assistance in that regard, please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you’re using the layout builder, you can create a new layout under Avada -> Layouts, assign that layout to that page and specify an empty header layout section for that layout.
OR in case of legacy headers, you can set the header to hide by going to Avada Page Options -> Header when editing the page.
