I dont know if its related to the latest WPBakery update version or SQL or PHP or what, but on the latest The7 with latest WPBakery and everything else, I’m running into this weird glitch where after saving a page, upon previewing it, the entire page styling is blank. No header, footer, nothing, just the contents of the row within the wpbakery page editor. Removing contents in the page editor or changing page title settings or whatever doesn’t fix the problem. I have to delete the page and start over. Example – https://concreteillusi.wpenginepowered.com/portfolio/ – Never had this issue before so wondering if theres a quick fix for this as I need this site up today.

The error is due to the html method taking mixed $meta as argument, and then on line 258 there is count($meta) causing the fatal error, if the $meta is not array. Please add check if the $meta is array before counting it.

I do not need support for this, please consider fixing this error on future release so that I don’t have to manually fix it everytime our client encounter it. Thanks!

Hello, I purchased the theme, most stuff works fine, but for some reason i can’t change the logo. well i changed it once, but by changing it again, it still shows the old logo. no caching issue, everything else updates fine. what am I doing wrong?

Regarding the documentation. Note that the theme is rated as “well documented” on ThemeForest. Though I agree that there’s always a space for improvement.

“Well documented” is only a pharse to describe the quantity not quality. The guides feel really incomplete and way too abstract. 

Regarding WPBakery and Elementor. We state very clearly that there are legacy demos that are using WPBakery and new Elementor demos. Both builders are never used on a same demo. Also demos are very clearly marked which builder is being used.

I was confused because when some pre-made websits were loaded, the “optimize The7 for” option was set to Custom but not Elementor nor WPBakery.

Regarding containers. The’ve been enabled by default only a few weeks ago on September 19th. Do you expect us to re-do 24 demos in this time?

Regarding Popus instead of Vertical Menu. Vertical Menu is a joke compared to what can be achieved with Popup + The7 Vertical Navigation.

Can you explain what this “The7 Vertical Navigation” is? Because “popup” is never mentioned in the relevant section of your guide: https://guide.the7.io/elementor/user-guide/the7-widgets-in-elementor/vertical-menu/

Regarding theme being poorly organised. This is subjective, so I cannot comment on it.

I am more used to being able to configure everything under the same menu. It was very difficult to realise how your Vertical Menus were setup with Popups especially when your guide has no word on it at all. 

Regarding the theme being “not up-to-date”. If you compare The7 changelog to Elementor or other top selling themes on ThemeForest, you will notice that many features appear in The7 first

Some pages are completly empty and in home there is not SHOWCASE section (only title and subtitle but not the widget result with a carousel). i try to edit it via elementor but the section results without a loaded widget. how can i solve it? it’s a bug of full site import?
