I am finally using the theme but I can’t register the license. Probably because I’ve done it in the past in a demo site. How can I remove that registration and register again in the normal site?

We don’t want to be pushy, but we need to resolve the issue as quickly as possible because we have urgent deadlines. And up to this day, there has been no progress.
I have been using Jupiter since 2016 and have 38 licenses. Recently the support has been horrible. I have had a problem for weeks, and the tech hasn’t even tried to look for a real solution. I’m ready to switch to another company. I have an active support thread and was told I needed to set a font size.
I had another developer take a loo and this is what he found: In editor mode the page is throwing the following error in two places behind the scenes: Uncaught TypeError: e.O is not a function
We disabled all plugins except elementor and the problem persists. The only way the text editor box works is if the theme is changed to something other than Jupiter. Can we please get someone knowledgeable to take a serious look?

I read very nice reviews and some negative ones on this theme which has a lot of diffusion and many sales. What worries me is the heavy server installation, the integration with Woocommerce and the overlap of customizations between the theme options and Elementor.
What is the logic behind using theme options or Elementor? How understand when to use theme options or Elementor?
For example: do I have to customize a single Woocommerce product with theme options or Elementor?
I would like a simple and light theme and I wonder if it is possible to achieve this with Jupiter.
Finally, after importing a design pack, how can you keep only what you need and delete what you don’t need? Does the DB remain dirty with a thousand unused features, making the site slow in performance? Not everyone can have expensive and fast hosting, especially on small Woocommerce stores that bill a few hundred euros a week.

I’m looking at the comments here and can’t seem to find a solution. Problem is I’ve set woocommerce to redirect to Cart Page after clicking Add to Cart Button. Interestingly, after reverting to a default theme it works but not with this theme, and it is the latest. Is there a workaround?
