Hello, we are moving to a new hosting provider and will re-install the theme. But I got an error message that said ‘Purchase code is already registered!’ when activating it to the new provider. I am trying to send a support ticket but it redirects me to the ‘can’t reached’ site. Can someone please help? Thanks

Hi. Looks like a great theme, but there seems to be a lot of things that your site says it has but I can’t find. And some things all modern themes have, but I can’t see on your site.

1. Do you have prebuilt layout blocks I can use on pages? 2. What about prebuilt pages? All I see is for portfolio and blog 3. Do you have tables? 4. Do you have charts?

The area around my header has gone white, and the body has gone down. It’s now starting the body below the header. I can’t use the forum or contact support as the support has expired. This site hasn’t gone live yet. Every time there is an update of one of the many required plugins, something breaks. This time I’ve spent 2 hours trying to fix, reinstalling and rolling back your different plugins with no luck. The site is argles dot co dot uk.

I had already read the above on your forums. I’m using Version 3.7.0 of jupiterx, there is no “simplicity mode” option you describe on the settings page.

Hello, updating Jupiter X Core from v3.7.0 to v3.8.0 destroys the header. I rolled back to v3.7.0 and it’s working fine again.

When updated to 3.8.0 and going to my header template the menu configuration was completely gone.

Hopefully this gets fixed.

I would like to address the issue you are currently experiencing with the theme. It appears that the problem is related to a new feature called “Simplicity Mode.” In order to restore the theme to its previous state, I kindly request you to follow the steps below:

Access the JupiterX control panel.

Navigate to the “Settings” section.

Within the “General” settings, locate the option for “Simplicity Mode.”

Disable the “Simplicity Mode” by adjusting the corresponding setting.

Save the changes by clicking on the “Save Settings” button.

By disabling the “Simplicity Mode” and saving the settings, the theme should return to its previous functionality.

Man this theme uses up server resources. Sure you’ll ask that I do Cache, which I have done, but even editing on the back end can be a nightmare. I’m trying it out for a 3rd site, it is an observation across them all.

Hi – I’m running an old version of JupiterX 1.22.0. Can it be updated to the latest version without forcing me to rebuild my website? I want to be sure that it can be upgraded before I purchase so that my site will be php8.1 compatible.

Because the version of your theme is very old, it may interfere, I suggest you create a staging site, make a backup from the live site and upload it to the staging site. Update the theme and all plugins on the staging site and if there are any problems, fix them and when you are sure that everything is working well, transfer the staging site to the live site.

If you build the staging site on a live site subdomain, you can use the same API key to activate the theme.

I just bought JupiterX but it was NO what I expected. Your are writing: “Enjoy the full potential of Jupiter X without relying on any third-party plugins.” and yet, you incl. the free (more simpel version) of Elementer.

You are also writing: “Included with your purchase.” Slider Revolution, Layer Slider, Master Slider but these are missing and ACF Pro is not the PRO version but the WP free version.

I would be happy, if you would offer my money back.

Elementor is our page builder. most themes in the market have a page builder as a plugin.

But current Jupiter X theme doesn’t need any plugin to give you its full power.

We have purchased dozens and dozens of themes so far, but we have never had as many issues with customer support as we did with JupiterX. It’s not acceptable to wait for a week for a response #177701, when the website guarantees replies within 24 hours. This is the first and last time.

The reason for this delay is that the support team first checks your site before responding, if the problem is solved, they will respond to you, if the problem is not solved, they will send it to the technical team.

The Jupiter theme is driving me nuts. If raven does not cause an issue, its jupiter core and so on… Im trying more to fix issues than i use my website.

we removed the sellkit message from the required plugins if the woocommerce is not installed.
