Theme doesn’t allow me to upload media items, I thought was my hosting but change theme and works fine, back to phlox theme and persist the issue, but when I disable Phlox Core Elements works fine, please can check this issue
Hi. It’s highly unlikely that Phlox alone is responsible for this issue. It is a technical issue and for sure there are errors logged for this problem. Phlox Core Elements broke elementor…. how can i use template?
Element Pack Pro need update, i unistal and reinstal but not update… i can’t use elementor for edit page
Good morning, I purchased a regular Phlox theme license, I installed the theme, I installed the plugins, I configured php as per the guide, but I can’t edit with Elementor. I attach the screenshots of the errors that are given to me. Furthermore, the plugin is not updated to the latest version, despite having uninstalled and re-installed it from the Phlox plugin panel.

The problem with the Elementor is probably the lack of enough memory on your server but since it’s a HTTP 500 error we need to do more investigations. Hi. No it does not. Changing the file names or directory structure may result in theme failure or malfunction of some features. We do not recommend that. The White Label feature simply changes the displayed names and menus on your WordPress admin area.

Hi. Please deactivate and delete the Element Pack from your plugins menu and then head back to the Phlox Plugins menu and install it again. You will get the latest available version.

I then downloaded the files from themeforest and wanted to update the plugin that way. But there you still have the version 7.0.0. When do you update the themeforest files?

Also please note that the bundle plugins are only to use with Phlox and you cannot use them separately
