I am very frustrated with your platform, since I updated to version 4.0 the platform does not work well, and I have tried again and again to solve the problems, but nothing works, now I cannot enter the course environment or the administrator panel.

I need your help, I have been a customer for more than 5 years and I am seriously thinking about changing platforms.

Excuse my inconvenience, but I’m already fed up with the changes and I can’t make this platform work as it should, something always happens, or something gets out of order, etc., I watched your videos, but what they show in your videos is not the same as what they show.
