hi, on the listing page at the bottom is the map to show were the listing position. Now on that map is showing the info details with image etc… How can hide that as is no reason to show the image price etc… on the listing page i just want to show the small icon were the listing is position!

is it possible to control the zoom map on the single property page? as i want the map to be zoomed out so user can see where the listing is on the map. when is very zoomed in is very difficult to understand where the it is.

Can’t delete imported dates in Hourly Ical
I imported some hours from other sites with Hourly Ical, then one date need to cancel. I followed your instruction to delete these imported dates, but it doesn’t work, the hours is still in my site, not be deleted. What is the right way to delete it? Thanks

We’ve been very pleased so far with WP Rentals but we’re struggling now to find any ability to EDIT a confirmed reservation (add a day to a confirmed booking). The backend seems to allow for changing dates but there’s a big warning DO NOT EDIT FROM BACKEND. And there’s no options to edit or ADD a day on a reservation from the frontend. Am I missing something???

A confirmed booking cannot be edited because a confirmed booking can be linked to a deposit and remaining balance which would create issues if dates were changed manually. A confirmed booking can be only be canceled and then a new booking must be added (manually by property owner – help https://help.wprentals.org/article/adddelete-booked-periods-as-owner/ or again by user)

Example: If the properties on my website have fixed prices and dates pre-determined by the owner.
Can the property page just have a “buy now” or “purchase” action button, instead of having a booking action?
As if it were the purchase of a common product/service, without the need for booking

Is it possible to create a property page remove the booking action and just set a contact form or a button to redirect to another platform? (While the property owner has not yet purchased the package to make bookings available)
Hi, The theme as it works can have for all properties the owner contact form or for all properties the booking form. In the booking form the owner himself can add a different url for the book now button. There is no functionality that can allow admin to replace the button to a link he wants and there is not package available to allow bookings. We have a front end submission membership to add listings in general.
The theme would not work for what you need I am afraid.

Hi, The demos have a custom theme option that will overwrite yours if you import demo. You will have duplicate menus and widgets. If you wish a different design, best is to create a stage domain (i remember your hosting has that option), import a demo there – copy only the theme options and colors manually to your live domain, change only what you wish to change. You can change content in the pages you want too, either editing the pages or adding other demo homepages as templates and copying parts or all the widgets in that pages as in the above help. If you want to change a specific part as in a demo you like, we can guide you what to change as well.

Hello, I like your theme but I have a problem related to online payments or transfers. The developers did not take into account to develop themes for those who are not travel agencies. No one has developed widgets in the hotel owner’s dashboard (not for the site administrator) for online payments with direct settlement to the hotel’s account or for bank transfer where each hotel transfers its bank details. This system would be very interesting and I’m really waiting for someone to develop it. Your invoicing system is also interesting, but every hotel should have it in the dashboard (individual invoicing). Children’s age should also be added to the search system and the “Children (ages 2-12) will not be charged” option should have more options or you should manually enter the maximum accepted age.

As far as functionality, facebook login works but Facebook APP must be approved by facebook now for facebook login to work. This is a process between each client and facebook based on the info you submit with the app.

but the URL generated on wprentals doesnt end in .ICS, so importing to AIRBNB doesnt work.

The instant booking works the same in desktop and mobile, depending on how you have the setup.

Instant booking can be used in an alternative way if you add WooCommerce for checkout and let woocommerce create the account on checkout. A deposit value needs to be set in theme options so users pay a value different than 0 through woo commerce checkout -

It is possible your PHP version needs to be checked to match the theme update. We have tested and confirmed theme functionality up to version PHP 8.1, but 8.0 is minimum recommended. Please check with hosting company you use PHP 8.0 or 8.1 Some hostings put PHP 8.2 but wordpress is not yet ready for 8.2
To investigate this further, since we do not know what triggers the error at this moment, if changing PHP to 8.0 or 8.1 does not solve the error, please open a ticket with site wp-admin and FTP access and we will check this with development team.

I think you have enabled property page layout. We have default section and custom section for property layout. When you enable custom layout, you have to hide either the default sections for agent/map/description or hide the custom blocks with drag and drop.
