Hello, I had previously activated the theme I purchased on another site, but I deleted the theme from the site without using it. Now I want to use it on a new site, but when I add the purchase code it says I have to delete it from the previous site. But I removed the theme from the previous site. I would be happy if you help.

Hello, getting an error after latest update 11.9.2.1 and WP version 6.4.1. Is this known and is a fix coming?

The critical error regarding the missing “ElementorPro\Modules\LoopBuilder\Documents\Loop” class is the most concerning. This suggests that your theme (dt-the7) or a plugin is trying to use a class or function from Elementor Pro which either does not exist or is not loaded. This could be due to a compatibility issue between your theme (The7) and the Elementor plugin, especially after an update.
If I remove elements-pro then Elementor works. However, the site is missing its header and menu.

I hope you are well. Can I please check if someone has ever reported issues with activating specific plugins? In particular, I’m unable to activate both W3 Total Cache and Fast Velocity Minify. I contacted hosting provider for support and was told it’s likely due to another conflicting plugin. Although it would be strange as I’ve got only a limited number of plugins. Anyway, I wanted to check if someone has experienced that. Thanks!

Hello Tommen! As mentioned in your support ticket, the issue doesn’t depend on a theme. You can try deactivating third-party plugins one by one, making a database backup before.
I’ve tried to deactivate all the plugins except Jetpack and Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection and it didn’t help 
Please try deactivating Jetpack and Akismet Anti-spam as well. If it doesn’t help, please address to your hosting provider. As you have seen, the issue remains even when you switch to another WordPress theme. Which means the issue doesn’t depend on The7.
I believe those cannot be deactivated. Anyway, I’ll reach out to the hosting provider again. Thanks!

I’m having trouble with the Minimal Creative Light pre-built site. Header and footer are not displayed. Also, there are no “Page Header Settings”, “Sidebar Settings”, “Footer Settings”, etc. options in the Elementor settings, only these onptions are shown – General Settings, Menus, and The7 Demo Content.
The PRO elements plugin is installed.

But I have a dumb question here: in the Logistic theme, I need to change the “Services” by “Partners” so I can create “partners/organization01/” etc. instead of “service/service007/” How can I do that??

Hi there, I am working on a newsite, but I am unable to create new pages, and use visual composer, when I create a new page and add any visual composer element, the page broke, the main page which is the first I created keeps ok, and I am still able to add new visual composer elements or edit existings one, but the new pages got broken as soon as I add any visual composer element.

Hello! These license rules are true for all Envato themes. If some theme doesn’t have a mechanism to control license usage, it doesn’t mean it is allowed to break the rule.
