The theme labels can be renamed to fit other elements than offices, but all listing pages will have global options.
But the theme does not have stock system – listings must be added as single objects to rent.

hi is there a way from wp admin to add sleeping arrangements, i have search support and videos but only shows adding as an owner. i need to add from wp admin listings tab which i cant find on listings wp admin. also if yes how can i do this and how can i add images of bed style ie king size bed photo single bed photo to show on listing

Hi the website properties has all been listed via wp-admin/listings page, no property owners are listing accommodations. there’s no way can be added via wp admin/listings ? i have already read that link but thanks anyway
Hi, It is not possible to add a complete listing in wp-admin, as mentioned in the theme notice as well.
You added listings via wp-admin. You can access the dashboard link with the same account and add the rest of the details that are not in wp-admin: Sleeping Accommodation – Ical – Custom Price – Custom manual bookings – Extra Booking options
Our theme has the submission made with all fields in front end, and that applies to Administrator who adds listings or other subscribers who login to add listings.

This would need extensive custom development to implement as feature and a developer to estimate and research all the new features required for such an implementation to confirm what can be done and how. Unfortunately we would not be able to offer directions for such an extensive modification.

Too many issues in the new version theme, Not working properly. Now I found another one, Invoice status can’t be changed by Admin, which worked on previous theme. If some one booked by wire transfer fund, the Invoice shows unpaid forever even if I try to change Booking Status to confirmed..

My problem is how to change Invoice Status at Admin Dashboard -> Invoice from Waiting to Confirmed/ Fully Paid. Now this function doesn’t exist at all, which is real useful if some clients don’t use Paypal. Too many useful functions have been down in new themes, so I have to change back to Old theme published last year.

In admin-Invoices, we only have the option for Wire Transfer to approve the payment as per our documentation: https://help.wprentals.org/article/wire-transfer-payment-method/ We never had a different option to change the status in Invoices.
In admin-Bookings, you have the option to change the booking status to Confirmed https://prnt.sc/rUyXl9x8ulta
Please show us in a video the option that you describe in your message from the old theme version and we will review it for the next theme version. Please use the English language in your video.

Hi support, The service fee is being deducted to the host earnings. Is there a way that service fee will be reflected during booking cost derails and on top of the total price? In this way, host can get all the money they listed and the guest will be the one being charged of service fee.

the “sign up” is it something we need? i as notice if somebody signup before they do a booking they become subscribers not customers in the user role.
so when they are subscribers the still can book but they never become customers after the sign up, is that good or is it no diffrence?
can i remove the “sign up” safely if yes how?

The theme works with Subscriber level users so when they register from the theme, they will have a Subscriber role. You use Instant booking with Woo Commerece payments so the theme register is bypassed when a booking is placed. The account is created on Checkout by Woo commerece and then the customer account is created.
I think that you will not have any problems using both roles.

Subscriber is the user role from the theme register, Customer is the user role from WooCommerce register. Customer is generated when user registers through woo commerce, and subscriber is generated when user registers through theme register form. They both have the same options in theme user dashboard panel, where users see their bookings and profile details, so there is no need to remove subscriber. Thank you

The multi vendor rentals, not sure what it implies. The theme allows users to register and add listings, but the theme does not have vendor option like woo commerce (users to get paid by admin for their bookings). For payments, the theme manages payments only from user to site admin.

Can’t delete imported hours in Hourly Ical for years
On My Listings/Calendar, I imported hourly bookings from another testing site with Hourly Ical, all the booking hours were added sucessfully, but all these imported hours could not be deleted even if I followed your instruction to delete them on this My Listings/Calendar. Please test it to resolve these problem which was there for a few years.

You can make login automatic with woo commerce checkout – but you need to set deposit and user needs to pay that. Booking is set to instant too.
