Is there a plan to update the theme to utilise the newer “twitter” logo? I have multiple sites with Porto and clients are starting to ask to have these updated… but I would prefer to not have to edit code if I don’t have to….

One single license is for the one single live URL only, this is Envato policy and with all the themes on the ThemeForest, you may wish to confirm with Envato as well.
Porto WordPress provides one live site and 5 staging sites with the same license and also you can use the same license on multisite installation as well.

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in the Theme Package.
And there is no need to activate or purchase a new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.
So no need to activate it.
You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

When try to edit main page see this error: “Do you want to disable Elementors’ default styles and use the theme defaults?” On elementor setting i check settings responsible for colors and fonts, but the error still appears. How to solve it ?

Thank you very much for the detailed answer. The problem is that when I click OK on this notification, it does not disappear and reappears. And the only way to disable it is to close it. When I close it, this error/notification reappears when I try to edit the page.

I understand. Basically, the notification comes from the Elementor plugin as I stated in my previous message. there are no settings in the theme to disable it. You can simply contact the plugin support for further assistance or simply avoid it whenever try to edit pages or posts on the site.

I have elementor premium, I asked for support, they checked everything and said that this notification is theme related and not plugin related. I have many purchased themes and not one of them has this notification.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I have a discussion with our lead dev on this concern, and the news for you is: Elementor has default styles… so porto theme add dialog when editing the page first.. if click yes or no, you no longer see the dialog… it’s theme’s function.

This is the problem, that this dialog box appears every time I try to edit the page. If I click “Yes”, the page reloads and this dialog appears again, and so on every time. I have no way to click “Yes”. If I click “No” the dialog disappears, but if I open a new page for editing, it appears again. That is my problem.

I purchased the theme, but I am wondering if I will be able to develop the theme/site on my staging domain and then transfer it to the live domain once its complete. Will I need to pay again for a 2nd purchase or can I transfer the license to a new domain when ready?

Hi, Some taxonomies in your site are forced to be untranslatable. This is causing a problem when you’re trying to run a multilingual WooCommerce site.
A plugin or the theme are probably doing this.
What you can do:
1. Temporarily disable plugins and see if this message disappears.
2. Temporarily switch the theme and see if this message disappears.
It’s best to contact WPML support, tell that you’re getting this message and offer to send a Duplicator copy of the site. We will work with the theme/plugin author and fix the problem for good. In the meanwhile, we’ll give you a temporary solution, so you’re not stuck.

Actually, that one is the static dummy one, meaning, it has been set in the header using the Porto Info box element, it does not provide the functionality to show the current logged-in user name.
Instead of that you can only use the My Account icon element.

Thank you for your reply. It works on my site because I added a CSS rule that replaces the envelope icon with the tag icon. See the screenshot of a Porto demo post at https://freeimage.host/i/JCvksdg and note that the envelope icon is the default icon for tags. Hi This is strange, I can’t remove spaces around container. In Elementor all margin, padding, column gap are set to zero but not fixed. In inspector found that the extra space is the container-fluid padding set in the theme.css. There is no option in Theme Option layout section to remove that space. Only 16px, 20px…, if I change the CSS and remove the container-fluid padding, it will effect some other section for exmple the header. What should I do? see screenshot:

Sorry for the inconvenience, that you are facing an issue while using our theme. You can solve the spacing issue with the help of custom CSS code. You can add the custom CSS code in the Porto >> Theme options >> Skins >> Custom CSS >> at the bottom of the CSS box. I wrote the CSS code below:

Hello, I purchased the theme, and wanted to update. I tried it several times but that wouldn’t work. I’ve read some support tickets, suggesting to deactivate and put the licence key in once more. Now I keep getting this message: ‘Your access is temporarily blocked because of connection limit to API server.
