I purchased the Exponent – Modern Multi-Purpose Business WordPress Theme and have the license details. However, when I attempt to activate the license on my new website, I receive a message stating that the license is already in use on another site.
The previous website where the theme was used has been terminated, and I no longer have access to it. Could you please assist me by resetting the license or unlinking it from the previous website so I can activate it on my new site?

Unfortunately, I haven’t received in my Hotmail inbox, any response from your team or any feedback about the ticket. I also tried to log in to the ticket portal, but I’m only accessing a login field to enter my email address only. Following that, I get a login message saying that a verification code was sent to my email address….. but none of that is reaching my email box. Could you please check if your domain is on the safelist with Hotmail and MSN? I suspect that Hotmail is blocking the messages.
Alternatively, please kindly send me a direct email with the message that you are referring to. I ask it to be sent this way, so that I may be able to work.

I have 2 licences for your product. You migrated one of them via the ticket, and it is fixed and working well, but the one that I bought yesterday, which is giving the error message, “Something went wrong, try again later”, is still not fixed. I sent a ticket for it yesterday, too. Thank you.
