Hello, I have same problem as one user abdallah-19 wrote here, but with the fact that the last update absolutely uses excessive memory, that the template interface is not loaded correctly in the administrator page, both in the settings and TieLabs Builder. (it shows in the browser The page is not responding). It’s fixable? Because it’s a good template I’ve been using since release, but this is a problem where there’s practically nothing to set. (I briefly: move the mouse over the TieLabs Buidlider and the editing interface crashes and the Page Not Responding message pops up, and when I give Template Settings, the template doesn’t respond at all). 
I found the problem, I don’t know why, but the template doesn’t like Mozilla Firefox, it works fine in Opera.

We have tested the theme with Firefox and it works with no issue, kindly try in a private window while all the browser extensions are disabled also try from another device.

According to the regular license of ThemeForest, you have to purchase a regular license for each website. This applies on all themes on Themeforest not just Jannah.

I have an issue with blocks editor (Gutenberg). It doesn’t work after the latest updates. I followed all the standards purge cache, browser cache and disable all the plugins nothing changes. It doesn’t respond so I can’t edit posts, But when I switch to the default theme it works. Would you fix this problem or guide me to solve it

1. By default the title will be centered in the “Without Sidebar” and “One Column” Sidebar modes.
2. Go to Posts > Categories > edit the category you want > from Jannah section > Sidebar, set the ” Global Sidebar Settings for Posts in this Category” to “Without Sidebar”

dumb envato api dont let me confirm my license after recent update of the theme, so i needed to pirate a nulled version of your theme to use my PAID theme without the text that is shown to all of my users!!! (“Jannah Theme License is not validated, Go to the theme options page to validate the license, You need a single license for each domain name.”) Fix that shit or bring back the license code field to put the code in and stop this envato api BS. thanks tell me when it is finished. thanks. By the way: after declining activation, envato tells me to click on “my apps” to set the permissions of apps and themes… sadly on said page there is no setting. I can see only permissions… i CANT see from wich app, domain or theme they are, so i cant even deactivate, revoke or edit them without risking one of my other websites to go offline or inactive. dumbest sh*t ever.

Good day, I just installed the recent update released November 20th, and since then users cannot collapse the FAQ as it was earlier possible.
Secondly, it appears that jQuery library is not loaded properly on the theme and this prevents me from implementing certain code on the website.

Please try these common solutions. If none of these fix the problem, please open a new support ticket.
- Update everything including WordPress, the theme and plugins. Available updates appear in Dashboard > Updates.
- Deactivate all plugins in case there is a conflict. If the problem goes away while all plugins are inactive, then reactivate them one by one to determine which is causing the problem.
- Switch to the default theme (such as Twenty Thirteen) then try to do what was not working. If the problem remains, it is a general WordPress or hosting issue. If it happens only while using our theme, please let us know.
- Clear cache in both your browser and in any caching plugins that you are using (also disable services like CloudFlare, if used with your website).
- Revert code changes if you have modified the theme’s code. If using a child theme, reactivate the parent theme.

As much as I’d love to help, your request is beyond what we are able to do for customers as it is not an automatic feature of the theme and it needs a custom modification. This type of customization is a bit more complex and is not covered by the theme support.
