Hi I just tried the sale schedule option and it just doesn’t work. I can see the discounted amount in the booking form, but once u get to checkout the price is no longer discounted and you pay the full amount. Could u please fix this asap. Thanks.

The service is Tour and the sale function works and it shows the reduction on the single tour page but once u get to checkout there is no discount.

Hi there, I wonder why the [st_email_booking_origin_price] amount is wrong in the email template. Different from the order comfirmation and the total on the cart. I have no discounts so it’s simple mathematics. The one that has the right amount in the email template is this one [st_email_booking_sale_price]. Is there a way to fix this. Hi there, is there a reason why the Featured banner in tour cards does not show on Elementor List Item Service > Style grid item > Style 3. It only shows in Style 1 and 2. I’m using style 3 so is there a way that u can fix that please?

I am afraid that you have to use custom code to change the theme layout.

In this case, you need a custom code that does not belong to the Item Support policy. Please hire a developer to customize code for your need

Hi there, thanks. It was another plugin to conflict, in my case “Learnpress”. Maybe in the next future you can work in order to make it compatible.

Three extra infos: 1. I wrote you to ask a customization via your dedicated form but I received no reply!

Can I use this gateway in this case?

The modal checkout does not include MPGS. You can consider WooCommerce Checkout.

WooCommerce checkout is the alternative checkout, which has less function but is able to integrate a payment gateway from WooCommerce system. With some unique payment gateway, customers will use WooCommerce Checkout only. Mostly, WooCommerce checkout contains the basic checkout function – not the advanced function.

Thank you for reaching out to Traveler.

1. Unfortunately, Traveler does not support this function. The price per person will be calculated from one person and multiplied based on the number of guests. There is no option to set different prices for single/double/triple guests.

2. We do not separate it. There is only one price type – per night

3.Traveler supports only one type of tax, and the tax percentage is fixed, and set by the admin.

4. Admin can make a booking like an end-customer. If admin makes a booking for customer A, the booking will be shown on admin account – not customer A’s account

5. Traveler supports WooCommerce Payment and only for WooCommerce Checkout. All other functions from WooCommerce are not supported by Traveler.

6. Yes. If you use the default Modal Checkout, you can use a Coupon from Traveler. If you use WooCommerce Checkout, you can use WooCommerce Coupon.

7. No, the checkout form is fixed.

8. Yes. Deposit payment (e.g., 20%) is set by the admin/partner. Please note that the rest (e.g., 80%) is not controlled or collected by the Traveler system.

9. No, we have a PDF about booking information, but customers need to log in to the User Dashboard to access it. The PDF is not sent automatically via email.

10. Email notification is supported. SMS notification is not supported.

Hi, 1. for the same tour we have 3 packages basic, extra, and optimum, each one with a different price, how do u set up prices for a single tour? and for each package, we have paid options, and for each package prices are different for adult/enfant/children. 2. how do u unpin the inquiry/booking form in a single tour? because the price doesn’t show until u scroll to the bottom of the page which is not user-friendly.

1. You can create three different tours. In one tour, there is only one price type, and the other option is just an additional fee – not another price.

The other solution would be to add the “Tour setting > Price setting > Extra pricing” section into the “Availability” section that way we can specifically add the extra pricing per date. And we will create just one tour instead of 3. Is this something you can do? or customize?

Unfortunately, Extra pricing is same for all date. And it is just addtional to the default price. Adult price still remain unchange on one day

Traveler has an element called “List item service” with options that can display tours belonging to specific categories.

Hi guys, I’m struggling with the partner module, I just don’t understand why a partner have to create his own tours, most partners will just resell the travel agency current packages. He will just receive a commission for each sale. Is there a way that we can work this out? We can just add an affiliate link so that we know that the sale was made by a given partner instead of creating the same packages over and over for each partner. Maybe I’m missing the point of your partner system, but it’s not working for me. Also we can customize the reservation form so that the customer can choose the partner on the list. Thanks.

Unfortunately, Traveler does not support this function. Partners must create their items manually and have control over them. Partners are the ones who provide the service, not the admin, so only they have information about item details, item prices, and item availability.

I’ve encountered an issue with my website following the recent theme update (3.1.1). The sorting order on the tour listing page has changed and now appears in reverse. Previously, the most recently added tours were displayed at the bottom, but now they are being shown at the top. I couldn’t find any setting options to adjust this. How can I resolve this issue? Unfortunately, we have not supported this function yet in Theme. You need a custom code (not belonging to the Item Support policy) to do this task.

The orderby in Search Result Page is date creation. It is defined in the code, and we do not have any option to change it
