Hello there, pre-sales question, when playing the music after lock the screen, supposed (non-stop music/background music) can I change the music on lock screen of my smartphone? I mean, can I change the track playing with the screen locked like youtube premium does?

In the latest version 4.6.2 [2024 07 22], what is the ‘Player update’?
There is a small fix to resolve a bug in the custom tracks playlist which are added from the customizer, in the player settings, custom tracks. With latest Wp update it was breaking the mp3 and artwork url

That is, when you add to the cart you can see a pop-up view of available prices equal to beatstars.com 2.Can a user register as an artist and manage their own profile and sell tracks at any price they want? 3. Charge a user a commission per sale. 4. Is it a multi-vendor market? Or maybe it is compatible with dokan? 5.Grid View and List View?

The price variations are available in the single product details, because they may require more space to describe the variation and this is how woocommerce works by default. So no popup... but same result.
2. 3.4. Users can’t register autonomously, you need a muti-vendor plugin from woocommerce for this. There are many, they are charged separately, sold by woocommerce and are not part of our support territory, but is technically possible. Please note this management is totally external to our software.
5. With Kentha you can display products as grid in the woocommerce archives, and create custom list views using Elementor.

Hello, I want to buy this theme for a client from me to build his music website. I have following questions: 1. Is your theme also compatible with Easy Digital Downloads instead of woocommerce? 2. Do you offer the Music preview function with Watermaks? Means clients can download the music for free but hear a watermark sound within the music? 3. Can we sell the music with license packages? 4. Hello and thanks for your requests, I’ll reply in order:
1) Our theme is built to work with WC if you want to manage customers and access, but you’re free to use EDD to simply link a download action to an album and allow direct download. i wouldn’t recommend it for selling. Is not tested and requires more graphic adjustments while WooCommerce simply works fine.
2) Watermarks: Kentha allows to upload a separated sample. So the mp3 you listen is NOT the actual MP3 you download. The shop owner has of course to add his watermarks and upload a cropped watermarked song sample.
This can’t be done by the server, because you would need a heavy media management and re-encoding server, which is not a typical website hosting. At that point, if you own a media re-encoding server, you don’t need wp because typically you’ve got a company to program your store software from scratch, which would make it useless to add such functions on a WP theme.
The author simply exports a sample and uplaods it as product preview, as in almost any other shop of the web (audiojungle etc.)
3) Yes, Kentha allows product variations to apply different prices to the same product, specifying your license type. And also Ghost tracks (songs are hidden after purchase).
4) Users can add them to the shopping cart.

Can someone download a the preview song for free? Means he can download the preview song with the watermark before he decides to buy the license. Is that possible?

Well, yes you can do that, you can manually add a download link to the mp3 file and type something like “free preview download”. There isn’t any special function for this, but you can do it using default tools from WordPress

So clearly the developer has been made aware through several comments that the font is broken with the website after the latest update. They keep telling people to rebuy support when it’s clearly a widespread issue caused by them. Please update the theme so that it actually works as I am having the font problem as well after the latest update.
you basically broke your own theme, the fonts don’t work.

- On Sunday 17th Google updated format of some font families. This required a software udpate.
- On 19 March 2024 our theme update was already available (24 after google update) and allows to fix the fonts in a click
- We have helped already lots of user applying the update, in case you can’t find the proper information in the documentation, and in case you need our tech support to apply the fix, just write a message to our helpdesk https://www.qantumthemes.com/helpdesk/
The solution to this problem was provided within 48 hours from the Google Fonts update, you could have asked the helpdesk instead of spamming here, and your website would have been fixed in no time…

Hi, I can see some comments you mention it’s possible to move the license from staging website to the production/live one. I’m planning to buy your template but I have a pre-sales question: do I need to contact you to transfer the license from the staging to the live website? it’s the same hosting/account (GoDaddy) but my website is live at the moment and I need to readapt all the layout using the staging one. How is this process from approvals perspective? any downtime/waiting time to transfer the license?
If you want to first customise their theme on a staging URL, as long as you delete it first, you can migrate this onto their intended end domain. So same site, same license, just a live domain.

2) Hover over your username and click ‘Downloads’ from the drop-down menu.
3) The downloads section displays a list of all the items purchased using your account.

make sure to include your wp login so we can check. This was a big update so we will not require an active support to check this.

okay anyway to may music play auto on page load? so no need to hit play? also I am using icecast I can’t seem to pull now playing meta data into the page, would I be better off using shoutcast instead would this be better to pull the meta?
