The “Hotel” and “Hotel 2” style template after importing the Demo is very lacking compared to bellevuetheme.com/demo – many styles for the Home page from “Hotel 2” are missing. Hotel 2 has 8 Home styles, but after importing only 2 Home styles. Why?

I can’t get the Failed Transaction page to work, even if I install this on a new site. All I get is a fullscreen WordPress error page saying “There has been a critical error on this website” https://prnt.sc/eoI8aOgUI41t I have tried creating a new page and specifying it in payment gateway settings but it does the same thing. I am using Bambora in sandbox mode – could that prevent it from working? I force a failed transaction by giving an invalid security code which does get recorded as a failed transaction in the bambora website.

I purchased this theme for a local nonprofit and the support plan just recently expired. I have no problem paying for support but I am a software developer and don’t feel compelled to purchase a support plan just to help point out a bug. I was even willing to help the community with fixing it but now I guess it will remain.

You could purchase a license for the Hotel Booking plugin yourself but that would be more than renewing your support pack with Bellevue.
Hello. I want to show Availability Calendar [mphb_availability_calendar] or just show the dates that are available in a calendar view. But It seems there is no option for Accommodation Type ID Values: integer number. I want to show 3 months also.

No, I don’t get that. I am manually updating since a few months already by uploading the zipped plugin from Elementor. Strange thing is that Elementor Pro, which I have installed, shows the update notification so do all other plugins as far as I can tell.

Update: I’ve found the “Bellevue” sections that display global templates, with various header options, and the ability to edit the global footer. The footer is great, but when it comes to the header, it seems a bit complicated. I understand that we can display it for certain groups of pages and exclude others. However, I’m wondering why I can’t find a specific page when I start typing its name (it doesn’t yield any results), and I’m still missing information about why I can’t see the “Theme Options” in the customize menu.

What is the latest version on Hotel Update plugin that should be installed with the theme version BellevueVersion: 4.2.3. We have performed two update themes and when after we go to Appearance-> Install Plugins, no updates on plugin. The hotel booking plugin version is Version 4.7.3. Is this the correct version that should be with 4.2.3 theme version?

Hi I just noticed a bug where I have a booking that is cancelled, when I go to my account to view all bookings and when I click view on the booking that has been cancelled, it says payment is successful.

Howdy, i have question about ur demo site in 2 condition
1. is there no cart feature to add multiple different rooms? Like agoda, booking.com so customer can check cart and select manual 1 by 1 or select all to payment process
2. After click book & make reservation on ur demo, let say 11room with 5different type room. Is it possible to delete one of the rooms and just process selected room without go back to delete all? cause customer already click on book with many room

1 – Yes, you can add multiple rooms. “multi-booking” is bundled. 
2 – You can choose to have many different types of rooms or a single room. It’s very flexible. I’m not sure I completely understand the questions so please rephrase if I have not answered it correctly.
