Hello. I have the portfolio page as my default index and am unable to add the auto animated text onto it. I can see it when I preview but then it doesn’t show on the live. I made a new page where it works and I have the portfolio as a module but I’m unable to order it the way I am on the portfolio page. It doesn’t give me the custom query in portfolio settings under parameters and options at the bottom.
I’ve gotten the order sorted on the new page by making it a portfolio page but now the issue is when i turn on my heading title and add a description, it shows the page name and makes the grid super tiny.

Hello. I own a licence for Kalium for my domain but I had a domain problem and can no longer access it. I want to move everything to my other domain but when I install the theme I can’t use it properly as the licence seems to be linked to ‘desirelines.org’. Hello, I know my support just expired. I only want to know how can I update the site. I tried all the ways it’s written on your website guides, but I don’t have any update showing. Neither in the appearence settings, nor update settings too. I’m stuck at the 3.8 version, I tried several time in the past, even when my support was still active, but nothing.

WordPress automatically shows theme/plugin updates when they are available. However, if you immediately need to update a theme/plugin, then you can force-check it by clicking the highlighted link:
I did it dozens of times and it says everything is up to date. Is there another way? I don’t want to be stuck in a version that one day in the close future is not compatible anymore with wordpress or the newest plugins. Thank you

I see the site is registered under https://www.duepstudio.com/, are you trying to update the theme in this domain? Because if you’re trying to update it on other sites it won’t let you because of the registration which is limited to 1 domain only.
If that’s not the case I recommend clearing the transients from your database using a plugin such as Transient Manager. Usually the expired transients can cause updates not to show in your updates section.

Hi, am thinking of moving one of my sites to Kalium and intend on using the Bookstore theme. Have looked at the demo and just interested to know whether the posts assigned to particular categories can be displayed in a grid rather than a list. Many thanks, Ian

The post grid/list can be used in any of the demos as it is not specific for a single demo, as you can see in this link the blog grid is available in the bookstore too.
Thanks for your reply and the link. Just to clarify, the link takes me to the Blog with a post grid. My question was more to do with posts in a specific category being displayed in a grid/masonry. Yes, it depends which type of blog layout you select and then each part of it will be loaded with that layout, the example I took was just to show how it works. To be more precise you can check the category of the demo below:

As of this latest update, I can no longer update my full WooCommerce products list. It automatically redirects to the Kalium What’s New page. IT’S THE HOLIDAYS and I need to be able to see my full products list.
My support license has expired, and I don’t think I should have to spend $50 to ask for help regarding something that’s the fault of the designers. Is this a cash grab? Forcing us to renew support to turn off that redirect? Pretty sleazy, if so.

It is not our intention to “grab cash” from any of our customers, your support period has ended and on every digital product once the support subscription has ended you won’t be able to submit a request. In your case you are saying it is a theme issue with the latest update, even though we are not aware of the problem as none of our users has reported this but we can give it a check and see if it’s coming from the theme or your plugins.

This is a good theme. However, I honestly think customers should be able to remove a domain they no longer use so they can activate on a new domain themselves. Licence should be limited to one domain of course, but allow the customer to do it. Can you please remove my licence so I can activate it on my new website? Thank you.

I wasn’t aware of this and I fully understand support your cause to ensure people do not re-use. However, I am a genuine customer and I think it is fair. Hi ive used kalium for a while now and i did make like 4 tickets and the support was great, I just wont pay 50 euros for just reporting a problem which seems like its not my fault..
I use woocommerce and have product variations. and i did use the product variations images but they just wont show up on the site when you select different variations. When you add them to your shopping cart it does show there that you have the right one.
Seems like the right behaviour should be that when you select another product variation that it should show another image right? not the case here. Is this the right behaviour or am I right?

We’re aware of the issue with product variation images not displaying correctly on your WooCommerce site and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. A fix is on its way with our update later today. In the meantime, please download this this file, extract it, and replace the main.min.js file under kalium/assets/js/. This should resolve the issue temporarily.
It’s certainly not our intention to push any of our users towards a paid support subscription for issues related to theme bugs. We assure you that resolving these issues is a top priority for us.

One more question though, is WPBakery really needed? I don’t like using it and rather use elementor but if i have WPBakery installed it gives me a server error 500 error and when i have it disabled everything seems to work fine. But it is mentioned as required so i guess i should have it installed? Just dont know for what.
Also, still got an issue with a elementor widget, if you scroll a bit down and you hover over the products in the woocommerce widget.

Also plugins like: Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce don’t seem to work. I don’t know if that is already known.

Regarding WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor, if you’re not using any of the demos then you can use Elementor and disable/delete WPBakery Page Builder. Still, if you want to import any current demo then WPBakery is needed since the demos are in the process of building Elementor demos.

does the images diaplay related to the version of revolution slider plugin, i have baught the 3.5 version of automobile theme and since the upgrade of woocommerce i found that the slide does not display pictures

Our team is planning to update our homepage and we are seeking to setup a startpage containing a slider / a filterable portfolio / clients-logos / and contact-infos. We thought that your Kalium theme with the “default-template” would fit our needs quite good, but i couldn’t find information in your documentation on how the startpage can be set-up. On the demo-site there is only a slider and a portfolio-grid on the startpage. so can you tell me if it’s possible to setup a startpage with the mentioned parts or is the startpage in your demo just a pre-built template that cannot be complemented? We have used the Revolution Slider element and Portfolio Items element to make the homepage of the Main demo (starter site). So if you don’t import any of the starter sites, you can do that yourself by creating your slider and your projects, then just call them through their element in the Homepage or any other page that you want.
