Hi, I have a problem. In WP Admin: “According to the Envato License Terms, you have exceeded the maximum number of activations permitted for a single Purchase Code. Please purchase an additional license.”

I have only one website using this theme, always been the same for many years. Nothing’s been hacked and nothing’s changed.

I have the correct purchase code but it says the same thing – too many activations. Not true!. I’m stuck, and my concern is that I don’t have support, as I’m not prepared to buy it. I shouldn’t need it. Can you help?

Hi Uncode ! Since the last udpate, my featured secondary images doesn’t work anymore on mobile (for dynamic portfolio posts, here is my website : https://nicolaspoirson.com/ ). When I click on the portfolio image, it just show the category but not the featured secondy image+category like on desktop (hover on desktop). What should I do to make it works ? Hello npoirson! Thanks for the warning and sorry for the problem: a fix for lazy loading causes this problem with secondary images. The next update will include the fix, in the meantime you can use this CSS snippet:

Hi, We are using uncode theme for many projects. We need it for our new project. Since our existing theme’s support is expired, I have to contact you through this. I have one query to ask you.

Can we create different UI/Layout for product & assign it to the whole category?? As for our new project, we need to showcase woocommerce based products called as Programs and there are other normal products also. But for Programs category, we need different layout & different for other products. Is this possible? Kindly guide me for this.

Hi there, using the post module, I’m looking to have the title above the image and a button below, this however is not possible, you can only have the title above the image if you do not add a button, but if you do, the titles sits below the image along with the button. Is there any fix for this?

Css is messed up

From here we can only see that your content is missing paragraphs, some tags do not seem to be closed and there is some dirt in the page code, divs and headings open and not closed, repeated IDs etc. A carousel seems to be contained in a heading, and I submitted the page to the code validator which says there are errors even before the body tag is opened. Without being able to deactivate the plugins and create a test page using the regular page builder and the text editor, removing the html added by hand, I can only say that the problem does not seem to be due to the theme but to custom interventions, sorry.

I want to be able to edit category pages to add more text and customize them for SEO purposes since I don’t like the default layout. I would also like to hide the word “category.”

Can I customize the category page as I want? If I remove the word “Category” from the URL taxonomy and create a new page with the category name, would it replace the category page?

Hello! If I understand correctly, no, you can’t create a static page, call it with the name of a category and pretend that WordPress thinks it’s the category page, WordPress doesn’t work that way. Hi guys, Ever since the latest update, there is no hover zoom in the product gallery module. The setting “Disable Zoom” is off, but the zoom stops working after the update. I ran many experiments with backed up versions of my site before the update and every time it gets broken right after the update. I tested deactivating plugins and I even tested it on another site I manage with Uncode with similar success.

I can see that on your Demo it works, but I’m not sure if you have the latest Uncode/Woocommerce running on it.

PS: I hope that after you have re-updated everything you have inserrted the fix we passed you that can’t certainly be part of the latest version of the theme you download from Envato, we don’t see it here… https://cavislab.com/?product=testing-new-bughttps://undsgn.d.pr/i/wYo7KI

Hi mafalduki! The Child Theme is something only for customisation, yes the updates are for the parent theme. You don’t have to do nothing just update the parent theme.

Hi, after the recent theme update, I’ve lost the drag zoom effect on product images. Setting found in Single > Product > Content > Zoom. Images are no longer able to zoom when I hover over them with mouse cursor. It was working fine before the update.

Did anyone ever get the blurry images solution?

When I am logged in my images are clear but if I log out of WordPress everything is blurred.

Hello rvekla! From here I can see that you bought the theme several months ago and the support has expired, which is why I imagine you cannot access the Help Centre.
However, if you’ve updated WordPress to version 6.4.x, you’ll also need to update Uncode, as Adaptive Images https://undsgn.d.pr/i/ZCaSSO won’t work with Uncode earlier than 2.8.7 and WP later than 6.4 (here’s the changelog https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213454129-Change-Log and here more info about how to update https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214001205-Theme-Update).

Hello! Without entering your site I can only make guesses:

  • Have you also updated the plugins coming with Uncode?
  • Do you have a child theme maybe? In this case I recommend to switch it off and check if there is any conflict: maybe you added customizations in the past that need to be updated as well.
  • Or maybe an old 3rd party plugin? In this case, disable the extra plugins as well to find the culprit.
