Why is it that your Load More for posts works on the demo installation on your website but it doesn’t work when I load it on my website?
Also the footer disappears. I was looking to buy another license but I don’t want to have any issues. I checked all your videos but no solution.

if the load is more and the footer is not working on your site, this may be caused by some reason, such as server configuration plugin conflict, or caching issue
regarding this, please try to deactivate some plugins that have not been related to JNews for a while, to see if there are any plugins conflict or not
if you are any caching plugins or cdn caching, please try to clear the cache
please also try to check if there are any errors in your console log before you try to use load more on your site, you can try to right-click on your browser, find inspect element, click, and then try to use the load more and check if in the browser console, there’s error or not, if there’s an error you can take a screenshot of it and attach the screenshot here

[Serious Bug] – Hi Jnews I have detected a serious bug in your theme. It seems like there is some compatibility issue with your stripe codes and woo-commerce plugin. Please check the images below.

If the admin deletes the processing order and asks the user to re-subscribe it shows an error that you still have an active subscription but the subscription is not assigned yet so how can there be an active subscription?
There is no way to manually add, create or manage subscriptions for users. Major issues guys seriously, not impressed by your services. Do I need to report your product to Evanto for such shady low-quality products?

Hi, I won’t share my login details. The screenshot I shared is something happening on your end. The codes related to stripe are not updated. Please update it. I have done all the configurations properly.
Additionally, the error I am pointing is about something else, not related to the screenshot.
What I am trying to say: 1. User creates a subscription. 2. Subscription status is in pending or processing status until admin confirms it. 3. If admin deletes the order and the user tries again to buy the subscription. It shows error that you have an active subscription. I hope this makes things clear.
The problem here is how can it show that you have an active subscription if the order was not marked complete on admin end. Please try it out on your own end.
Do this: 1. Purchase a subscription. 2. Keep the order in processing mode. 3. Delete the order from backend and then try to re-purchase the subscription. You will see the error on checkout page.
Also it would be great if you can add the following features.
1. Ability to create different membership level access. 2. Ability to set different price to a particular post for post unlock. 3. Ability to manual create and manage subscription for admin.

So not sure whats going on weith Jnews theme but shits broken. I have the same post showing up in different areas on mobile when I only assigned a certain category.

if you don’t want the modules to show the same post, you can try to use a unique content group on the modules that show the same post, you can edit the module and then on the content filter section of the module you can use the same Unique Content for every module that showing the same post, please check the screenshot below
in this example we will try to make two module showing different post by adding it to “Unique Content – Group 1”
use Unique Content – Group 1 on the first module
use Unique Content – Group 1 on the second module

for the caption, are you using a third-party plugin to add the image caption? By default, our module won’t show the image caption
we checked the cookie consent on your site and it is still working, after we agreed on the cookie and then tried to revisit your site again the cookie consent did not appear anymore, please check the video below

The latest wordpress update caused jnews theme to crush. Please respond to my ticket as soon as possible as the news website is daily updated.

we have tested our theme with Wordpress 6.4.2 and it is still working properly, to troubleshoot this issue please try to disable some third party plugins that not related to jnews to see if there are conflict from third party plugin with the new wordpress version or not

in the last update that we released on 5 December 2023, we didn’t make any changes related to the paywall, if the paragraph is not hiding in your site please try to disable some plugins that are not related to JNews for a while to see if there are any plugin conflict or not.

No, it’s on your end. It’s working but it’s not hiding the specified number of paragraphs. It’s doing on it own. Please check it’s a bug in new update.
if you are referring to some paragraph that still shows when the paywall is active sorry, that’s not a bug, that’s a feature so the readers get a preview of what will be unlocked or subscribed to.
if you want to hide all the text and don’t want to give the reader a preview, you can set the paragraph limit to 0
you can find the option from Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > JNews : Paywall Option > General Setting > Paragraph Limit

Hi, don’t gaslight me please. Accept what I am saying. It’s a bug. I know how your theme works. After the last update the paywall preview is not working as intended. It’s not showing after the specified number of paragraphs. It’s randomly selecting the number of paragraphs from the middle of the post not after the number of paragraph I have specified. Your idiotic responses are making me regret my decision to buy your theme. You are always gaslighting and running away from accepting the real issues. Don’t act over smart as if customers don’t know how things work. If you are not even sure what you guys are doing with your product then let me know. It seems like you guys are a bunch of newbie developers not knowing what they are doing and shipping broken products.
sorry, since the paragraph limit of the paywall still working in our side, we can’t identified as bug, but if the features is not working on your side it may be caused by something, This can be caused by a third party plugin conflict or there is a custom widget or custom Gutengberg block contained in your post content which makes the feature not work.
We suggested deactivating third party plugins. Have you done that? to investigate this we need to examine all possibilities if you have done that and problem still persist, please give us more infromation about your website you can share the link of the post with the related problem and your system status that you can find in JNews Dashboard > System Status, you can share it privately by contacting us through our profile in the link below

Thank you for your quick and, as always, professional response. Unfortunately, this does not work and what we observe causes an increase in records in the database, which after a month e.g. ends with 5,000 new records saved by your plugin. Nothing is deleted and the database grows dynamically – we tested on 4 installations.
