Please use the Loco Translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Porto >> Edit the translation that you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

Could you please try once to check the issue by activating the default WordPress or WooCommerce theme such as Twenty Twenty Four or StoreFornt and check that the issue will still persist with the default Theme or not?
If the issue still persist then it will makes clear that the issue is not because of our theme and we suggest you to reach our to the WooCommerce support for further assistance.

Hello. I have installed this addon https://el.wordpress.org/plugins/logo-scheduler-great-for-holidays-events-and-more/ so that I can replace the logo depending on the time period. However, the add-on does not work and based on the instructions of the add-on I have to follow the following: : “This plugin is coded to find the logo container div in the HTML of the most commonly used container ID’s and most popular themes. It is still possible that your theme does not use one of these container ID’s though. If that is the case, you will need to look at the code to see what the ID is for the div containing your logo and insert that ID in the Logo Container ID field. Could you please direct me where I can find the Logo Container ID, Unique ID of the tag containing the logo, based on your theme?

Thanks for your contact, The custom Menu content can be set from the Porto >> Theme Options >> Menu >> Scroll down to the bottom you will see the option of custom menu content as you can see in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/2L5tN6zs from there you can simply edit/remove it as per your need then save settings and check back to your site by clearing the browser cache.

We used your theme in our website, “https://baofengtech.com/” We are facing issue in menu’s dropdown on the 404 pages, e.g. https://baofengtech.com/djksdj. The dropdown menu not loading properly . I have done all the confliction testing on site by disabling all plugins one-by-one but there is no confliction with the plugins. I have used the proto theme in my site . Hi, Upon looking at some of the demo sites you have, I decided to purchase this theme. Sadly, my max_execution_time is limited to 120 and when I use the alternate demo uploader my site looks nothing like the demos listed. I have sent a support request in hopes to fixing this issue.

Is it possible with any built in elements to create something along the lines of a step by step “wizard” – or some sort of multi step process?

Porto comes with a widget called “Porto Steps” in which you can show the content in steps/point-wise. There is no need to use any extra third-party plugin when the theme comes with default functionality. It seems the Step element is not quite what I was looking for or I am not using it correctly… Am looking to create almost like a wizard. eg Show user options 1 and 2 and based on their selection – display something different (but this would have to happen 2-4 times – like a wizard)
