Thanks for this Theme!
We had activated this theme on the development store while the domain was not connected, now when we connected the domain the theme wants activation and using the same purchase code shows that “The license key have used another domain” please help solve this issue because untill we activate the theme on a development store how is it possible to develop it completely.

Hi there! I have pre-sale questions. 1. Do you have the possibility to ADD custom tabs in the product pages? For example, if I need to add something specific 2. Can I change the names and links in the mobile bottom nav menu? 3. I’m also wondering if I can do multiple sections on a product page and add different products for them? For example, if it’s a clothing shop, then at the bottom under the product goes: “whole look” where I can show the specific products that looks good with this product, then “What to wear this product with”, then “You may also like”. Certainly there will be different product positions in different products. 4. Is it possible to show “Add to wishlist” icon on the mobile product grid (for example, upper right corner of each product)? Or show under the product with “add to cart” icon?

Hello, we have verified that we have a consistency problem with the free shipping in the different locations of the “Cart”, we have it configured to mark as free shipping over €50 which is shown correctly in the header cart but in The rest of the locations where this is found are shown incorrectly in the initial load, even if you only have a product of about €15, the free shipping bar appears filled in and in green as if you had it for free and below it says that it is €50. order to get this, even so this is solved by modifying the order directly in the cart.

Normally we never respond more than 12 – 24 hours after you submit a support request (Except Saturday and Sunday). However, there are some cases where we have responded but customers reflect in the comment that they have not received any emails. Please check some issues:
1 – After you submit a support request via the support tab, we will respond via the email you used to sign up for a Themeforest account , please check this email. We encountered many cases where customers did not remember the email used to register for a ThemeForest account, or used an error email (maybe due to an expired domain, or faulty server hosting…) so they did not receive a response from our support team.
2 – Please double-check the Spam Box section, it is possible that for some reason the email has been queued as spam mail.

Hello. Unfortunately, there is no way to interfere with the Checkout page because Shopify does not allow this.
Please note : Shopify is not an open platform like Wordpress or some other platforms. Page Checkout cannot change functionality, except for some small customizations that Shopify allows such as changing the background color, adding a logo, etc…
