Sorry for the inconvenience, The thing is I have tested the same thing by making Cart builder on our test site and found no issue it is working perfectly fine.

On your site if it is not working, Please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third-party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.
And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well. For that we will request you to please contact with us via our support system and share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us as well for further investigating the issue on your site.

yes thank you for that, I was referring to the design on the templates, some of them just looked better than the current ones, they can be replicated but would be easier not to have to start from scratch

Hello, I am with Udesing and the “Corporate 1” template. When you modify a “member” or create a new one, the changes are not saved in the “Udesign Options” section….(email address, phone number, short description, linkedin, etc…)
And the option “Support” on Udesing don´t work

Actually, the breadcrumbs are set using a block in the layout builder feature of our theme. You can remove the breadcrumb by simply removing the block from the layout builder page settings easily. I believe this error was caused by the recent Elementor update. After the update of Elementor it seems like there is some conflict with the theme. Can advise on how to overcome this as the production site is currently down?

To update the logo, you have two options within the theme settings:
Theme Options:
Go to WP-Admin panel. Navigate to Udesign> Theme Options > Site Identity. Select the option to change the logo and update it accordingly.

Please navigate to Udesign >> Theme License and unregister the theme from there and then again re-register the theme with the same purchase code, after that please make sure that you already updated the theme to the very latest version from Appearance >> Themes.
And then try to update the Core plugin from Appearance >> Install Plugins and let me know the result.
And if the issue still persist then please contact us via our support system or via my email: udesignaizaz@gmail.com so that I will provide you the zip file of the plugin.

the theme is showing error when i am using this on 8 or 8.1 php version..

and some others too..
now i reverted back to 7.4 php version and its working okay for me..
