Hi, I have purchased The Gem Theme, but when I’m trying to update the plugins or even the theme, it say my purchase code is not valid, I have just downloaded from my downloads, but cannot activate in wp-admin

I follow the subscription page (although I have already have license to use it for lifetime) , I go to My subscriptions and when I go to Purchase- there is Page not found. “

There have been over 4+ months and there is no solution to update my plugin, the option to uninstall and install it is not working. There is no reply from the customer service. The support is mandatory when the new versions are not working on already purchased theme.

Demo import fails. All server requirements are fulfilled. I have four (!) THE GEM licenses but can’t use the support forum because support for Envato Market purchase code has expired. To be honest if your theme does not work, there should be no need to extend support. Please help me ASAP. Thanks

I truly think this is a bug because everything was working fine since the last update, so I would like to have at least some orientation about this issue I’m pointing here.

As you may see the Post Masonry Grid I’m using is overlapping all the posts. The posts are coming from a CPT called “Notícias” and I’m using a bit of CSS to configure the layout for color and type.

I’m also using a “Grid element template​” made by me.

Hi there, I tried to transfer my WP from my local environment to online using All in one WP, my browser got stuck and upon debugging I get this error message

’’Fatal error: Class ‘Elementor\TemplateLibrary\Classes\Import_Images’ not found in public_html/wsyv/wp-content/plugins/thegem-importer-elementor/inc/elementor-template-importer-fixes.php on line 4”

Any idea? And for future references, when I finish building offline and want to make it available online, will I need to disable the license on the local environment ? Can I have a local/online license run concurrently?

Hi, I have a licence. I used it for a site that I no longer use and the domain expired. Before I could disable the your theme for that site the domain expired. I’m want to use the theme for a different site I’m working on and when I use the activation code it says I have exceeded the number of activations. I can provide you with the old domain so you can confirm I’m not using the them so I can use for my new concept. Thank you. I don’t have support anymore.

I just wanted to share with you the experience I made with my “TheGem” Elementor Themes of 5 websites!

All websites had permanently Rest-API Issues (see Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/cIKZ9Bfermjx ).

After searching the failure, it turns out that the deactivation of the Image Loading Optimization in the Theme options (menu point “performance”) brings success.

Changing it from JS to Deactivated solved the Rest-API Issues on all 5 websites and some plugins (like automatic backup plugins) are working now without problems (Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/-kvO3KqMeuKI ).

Somehow the JS Image Optimization seems to disturb this Rest-API. I hope this information is helpful for you, to make the theme better.

I imported Demo Interior and Architecture/Sparta Interior and it came with Visual Bakery. Does Elementor work with that import??
