We use the plugin WooCommerce Appointments which is one of the recommended plugins in your documentation but we have a problem that is: we have the products set with Add-ons which are fields that are required to fill before booking/adding to cart (eg: number of adults, children, etc.). The problem is that when we edit or update the product, the first add-on or field loses its settings and the only way to recover is to configure all over again. This happens anytime we update any product. We’ve tested disabling all plugins and that problem kept happening. Only when we changed the theme we noticed that it didn’t happen anymore.
We really need help into fixing this issue please.

I used the theme on a handful of test sites, but nothing in production. However, those sites no longer exist. Can you disassociate all of them from the license?

Thank you, but I am still getting the “License is already active on maximum allowed product instances, please deactivate this license from active instance(s) and try again” message.
Maybe you could consider adding a function where it lists sites activated for a license and allow us to add/remove as needed? Elementor allows websites to be disconnected from the license. Thank you for your consideration.

I’m really stuck on a problem linked to all the blocks in the rehub theme that I can’t use at all anymore, they no longer appear in my block edit when I edit my pages. I don’t have this problem on the other sites where I use rehub.
- I’ve removed all the plug-ins, but that hasn’t done anything. - I can’t update the rehub framework like on the other sites either.
I’ve tried everything, but I can’t find out where it’s coming from. Surely you can help me.

Why you can’t update? Old versions will not work, you must use actual theme and plugin
Impossible to update the rehub framework as I do with the other sites. I have version 18.9 on this site and version 19.5 on another. My registry number is valid. I’ve already uninstalled the framework and reinstalled it, but that didn’t work either. The theme version is correct, it’s 9.4.
theme version is not correct. Enable main theme, you used outdated child theme

All plugins usually shows filters unique for each page and you don’t need to create different sidebars. If it’s not the case for you, then you need to use woosidebar plugin or any similar

there is option there, but it’s not theme options, it’s option of vendor plugin which you will use on site. Different plugins have different set of functionality, but most of them have what you need

This is the second time this has happened to me, the first time I had to make a backup to resolve this problem, I mention that the problem started on its own I haven’t touched the site for 4 days, I I looked in the comments but couldn’t find anyone else who had the same problem as me.

I think you use outdated child theme. You need to use actual or don’t use it at all, we removed child themes and moved them in core years ago

However, in the ‘Post Offer Listing’ block, only Post information appears in the Data query.
The item ‘Custom post type and taxonomy’” does not appear. is there any way? I am building a site with a few CPT-focused offers.
Post offer listing shows Post offer data, CPT have no such data so there is no sense to use this block for CPT

I don’t see something critical wrong on your video. Menu in theme is working on hover, not on click

I understand that you can click on menu and it will react somehow, but you can do this with any element on page. I don’t see anything critical in this
When the user moves the mouse to the menu, often the menu does not appear that quickly and then the user makes a click and then the menu does not appear at all
