I removed my website name but this happens when I click the Load More button. The Load More button does not work. I disabled my security and recreated a new .htaccess file but it still does not work.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

I just recently bought this theme and i love it’s customizability. I was wondering if there was a way to edit main menu labels, like add “soon” etc with a different color. I only see Hot, New, Sale labels for it.

I purchased the theme yesterday. I installed and registered the theme with purchase code. I am facing issue in installing and activating the “XStore Core” plugin and all other plugins. An error comes stating – “Oops it looks something went wrong. Please check your system requirements first. In case it will happened again, please, contact us 8theme.com”.

Upon checking the system requirements, all seems good. Kindly help me in this regard.

We apologize for the inconvenience you’ve encountered. It appears that something has gone awry. We kindly ask that you first disable 3rd party plugins (including Kirki Customizer Framework plugin) on the site. After that again activate the XStore Core plugin on your site.

In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder.

Hi, if we have Section 1 and Section 2 on home page, I want to show Section 1 only on PC version and show Section 2 only on mobile version, it seems to me this is not possible even with the AMP plugin? It seems to me that with AMP plugin, I can only do it as both Section 1 and 2 must be shown on PC version, and then hide Section 1 on Mobile version.

In PC version, we have a shop sidebar and also the shop filters. The functions overlaps. Therefore in PC version, I don’t want the shop filters shows up. https://prnt.sc/0xnOozzIW_4e So is this possible, if I still want the shop filters in mobile version?

In mobile version, I can disable the shop sidebar but we still need the shop filter.

There is a bug in the “custom-styles.php” file. Line 615 has some double quotes that don’t belong there. As a result, the typography in the Customize area does not reflect on the website: font-family: <?php echo ’”’ . str_replace(’+’, ’ ’, $sfont[‘font-family’]).’”;’; endif; ?>

this outputs to: font-family:”Arial, Helvetica, san-serif”;

it should be: font-family:Arial, Helvetica, san-serif;

You can test this in the devtools of chrome. It gets applied to the body tag.

When I remove the double quotes from that line of php, the output is correct and the style is applied properly.

It doesn’t only happen to the body tag. It happens to all tags and classes in that file.

Hi,

I registered the purchase code with an old domain name before. I don’t need the old domain any more and then I unregistered it yesterday. I registered the purchase code with the new domain name. It can be registered yesterday.

But since there were some issues with another plugin, I deleted the site and reinstalled the site, as well as registering the purchase code of xstore several times. After solving the issue with the other plugin, I now try to register your theme again in the latest installation. But it keeps saying “cannot get the API response”. I also tried to “submit topic” at 8theme.com but it asked me to renew ticket before I can post.
