Hi our Shopify website needs something to be fixed by you. The price in the cart includes tax for some reason and return to the original price in the payment page. Shopify told us to contact you to fix this. It looks your service has been expired. Do we need to pay for the service? If so how much is it?

You can preview the theme beforehand. As for the features, themes like Gecko, Unsen are similar to each other. You might want to consider which design and style of theme you prefer. For example, Kalles is for professional stores; Gecko has a vintage style; Unsen is youthful and modern. Therefore, making a conclusion on which theme to choose is quite difficult because we do not yet know what style your clothing brand is. Hi, I am thinking of buying your theme, however on the comments section I am seeing there are many who are having late responses from the support. I would like to know why and if this will be an issue for me?

Secondly. I see that you are using a page builder and giving 6 months free. For this, what is the subscription level you are giving free because this means after the 6 months, it will become part of my business running cost per month.

Third question, on your theme it shows that the page load speed is very fast, however this does not include other plugin codes we need to add as the site’s functionality would grow to fit the business as it grows. However I see from some of the comments that your page speed does not count for the additional plugins codes that are added.

Last question, when your theme is updated, it removes all inserted codes from other plugins. Do you have an option to not overwrite these codes when the theme is updated?

1. We do not offer live chat support. Our standard support response time is 1 day on business days and 2 days on weekends, excluding holidays. 3. Any theme will have some impact on page load speed, but it is negligible if the apps integrated are well-optimized in their code. Therefore, when integrating apps, please consider carefully, and uninstall apps following the instructions to clean up their code within the theme.

4. Updating the theme using a one-click method won’t be available for stores with customized code. You’ll need to manually transfer your custom code to the new theme. Additionally, the apps you’ve integrated will also need to be re-integrated since the theme update only carries JSON files and does not include Liquid.

My online speed score for this theme on Shopify is 36 out of 100 and I don’t have so many app installed and customization. I would like to know that if I update my theme to the latest version, this issue will be okay or should I do anything at all?

One license for one domain at a time.
