Hey there, I hope everything is good on your end. I bought The gem theme a few years back and installed the theme on my side business domain, but that domain has been closed for 2 years, almost. Now I am trying to install that theme on my other domain (which is my main website) but it’s displaying the message that ” you have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key ” (picture attached). So, my web developer informed me to contact you guys and ask to deactivate my previous key so that I can reuse the key again for my existing website. So. please help me with this issue as I need assistance to reuse the theme I purchased from envato market.

i was changing the host for my domain but after entering purchase code it gave the error that is already registered with the link to deregister so i can register again on the new locarion, but then was giving me error. please allow me to register again my purchased theme.

There have been over 4+ months and there is no solution to update my plugin, the option to uninstall and install it is not working. There is no reply from the customer service. The support is mandatory when the new versions are not working on already purchased theme.
