i was changing the host for my domain but after entering purchase code it gave the error that is already registered with the link to deregister so i can register again on the new locarion, but then was giving me error. please allow me to register again my purchased theme.
Hi, did you check your activations in TheGem license manager? You can simply deregister the license from the URL where you don’t need it and then use this license to register on the new domain. I truly think this is a bug because everything was working fine since the last update, so I would like to have at least some orientation about this issue I’m pointing here.
As you may see the Post Masonry Grid I’m using is overlapping all the posts. The posts are coming from a CPT called “Notícias” and I’m using a bit of CSS to configure the layout for color and type.
I’m also using a “Grid element template” made by me.

I think this is an issue regarding The Gem Post Masonry Grid Module that needs a fix. It works ok only with Chrome. I’ve tested already with Firefox and the issue is the same as within Safari, both latest versions, in macOS Sonoma the latest version as well.

Hi, I have a licence. I used it for a site that I no longer use and the domain expired. Before I could disable the your theme for that site the domain expired. I’m want to use the theme for a different site I’m working on and when I use the activation code it says I have exceeded the number of activations. I can provide you with the old domain so you can confirm I’m not using the them so I can use for my new concept. Thank you. I don’t have support anymore.
