Just a heads up, it looks like you’re using Font Awesome 6 now as the default, but you still have some css code referencing Font Awesome 5 which can break icons.
Found such an example in an accordion, but there may be some others.

We’ve also released new Font Awesome 6 icons for x-twitter, meta(facebook) icons and so on.
If you face any problems in terms of icons, You should change custom css from ‘font-family: Font Awesome 5 Free’ to ‘font-family: var(—fa-style-family-classic)’ on Theme Options > Skin > Custom CSS.

I have refreshed all sections, linked to the right page, disabled enabled all plugins and yet cannot get it to work. Cleared browser cache too. I am on localhost.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I have checked the widget settings and found there is no option. To solve the issue you can set the custom CSS code in the theme option to control the width of the popup screen. It seems a real shame to me that they have removed the live customization of this theme, or at least it doesn’t appear to me, in the same way there are many functionalities that you cannot do. And I have also sent a support ticket and they do not answer me… and on the other hand the documentation is outdated, they have not updated it with the new options, well what they have done is remove things that were better than now…

It seems a cache issue nothing else, To solve this please once contact your service provider and ask them to flush the server cache and then disable the cache plugins that you are using on the site after that check back to your site by clearing the browser cache. Hi I have a problem with your template on client webshop. I have installed new plugin “Auction plugin” and the problem is on standard wordpress theme counter works on your theme dont.
